I use this cleaning spray in the morning before my yoga sessions, and it does a good job of freshening up my mat. Since I spend a lot of time on it, I like knowing itâs clean before starting. The scent is a light lavender, which is literally soothing and helps set a relaxed mood. I usually spray it on and wipe the surface with a towel, and it removes dust and light residue pretty well. The mist comes out fine and even, so it doesnât soak the mat. I have sensitive skin and it works well for me so far. The bottle size is decent, and I feel like it will last a while.
