If you told me Iâd be a cat poop bag snob, Iâd have laughed.
Buy the smell proof bags, said my husband. Theyâll be more durable and make it easier to use and clean the litterbox. I didnât believe him because I thought they must not be great and would end up being an expensive garbage. But he made such a big deal about it that I caved.Boy oh boy am I glad I did. Worth it! Decent size and totally worth it.

Bags do contain the smell
I can get 2 or 3 times of scooping out the litter box in to these bags. I make a loose knot after the first time or two. No smell! After the final use, I make a tight knot and throw the bag away. I had been using plastic shopping bags. I now prefer to buy these bags instead of using the free cheap ones. Give these a try. They hold a lot too.

Just like they say – they mask everything. I clean my three literboxes and leave the box by my back door to take downstairs to the garbage the next day, and I can never smell anything. I will never buy anything else!
