I’m liking these probiotics so far, they are easy to swallow and I haven’t had any negative effects. I have taken different probiotics in the past and many have upset my stomach but these seem fine. I feel like they’re making me go a little more regularly. These probiotics are in a bottle which I appreciate I hate when companies use too big of a bottle. My stomach has seemed to be less arguable lately, these probiotics are helping with that. Overall I think this probiotic is good and would be getting more when these run out. A month supply for a fair price. Easy to swallow and no adverse sides affects! Worth a try.
