Amazing tablet
Thhis tablet was more than impressive, As soon as i recieved it it was packaged in a hard square box just like a apple tablet , and came with a screen protector case keyboard mouse and writing pen. The storage /space is not very big but possibly you could get a card for more space. The tablet is amazing quality and i highly recommend for quality and price value.

VERY disappointing product
VERY disappointed. I had problems right away when I turned on the device the first time. Bubbles immediately appeared under the touch screen. It wasn’t the protective flimsy protective screen because I hadn’t put it on yet. It was actually under the touch screen on the device. Then my SD card would not stay in the slot .It finally stayed when I put the tablet in the case because it was forced to stay. I had to made a video conference call the next morning. My audio was so distorted that the person on the other end couldn’t even understand me. I removed the tablet from the case but there was still distortion, even though it was somewhat easier to hear me. The SD card immediately popped out of its slot when I removed the tablet from the case. Tried the video conference call on my phone and they could hear me just fine. I went back to this tablet, reconnected, and again my audio was severely distorted, again. These problems were all within the first 12 hours of receiving the device–ti be more specific…I opened the device the evening that the device was delivered. The first two problems occurred immediately upon starting the device. I explored what was on the device for a very brief time and then went to bed. My video conference call was at 8am the next morning. So if you take away the time I was in bed, all the problems were discovered within just a few hours of opening the device. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Now I also have to contend with Amazon because the refund they say they will be issuing is $20 SHORT of the amount I paid. They claimed I received a $20 discount when I bought it but in looking on my original order, there was no discount on any of the items in that order. If Amazon does not fix this, I will stop shopping on their site!!! This is the first item I have ever returned to Amazon in all my years of shopping here. If this is how they are conducting business, they will never get my business again! It is yet to see if the actual return process will go smoothly as I am still waiting for the item to be picked up by UPS>

Not bad but not great
I was leaning between 3 or 4 stars, but I’ll give it 4. There’s nothing special, the keyboard does work but it can be just a little delayed sometimes. It’s not that slow but not fast at all. I mainly got it for doing schoolwork, & overall it does get the job done. The biggest issue is that when not in use, the battery drains, so almost every time I use it, it needs charged. For the price though it’s decent, but possibly better options out there.

This tablet is wonderful! I got it for when I go to college in the fall but for right now it’s being used to watch streaming services and games! It’s great quality and long battery! And all the extra stuff it comes with is amazing!!

I love that I could transfer all my apps and data from my phone to my brand new tablet. It was flawless, now it’s as though I am using my tablet as a larger version of my phone. It’s speedy as it loads up and the value is incredible as it cost under $100.
