I’m new at using this kind of material for baking. I have tried a number of things like brownies, cupcakes, donuts and muffins. I honestly don’t think this is a safe way of baking for me. There’s no structure to them. They are so flimsy that it’s hard to get them into the oven without spillage. Nothing burnt which I was really happy about. I found my regular sturdy bakeware is my preferred way to bake.

A whole lot of pans for the price, very basic quality
This is a set with an absolutely dizzying array of shapes and sizes of silicone bakeware. You get pans for cake, bread, muffins, donuts… a little bit of everything. It’s all constructed out of flexible silicone, which is convenient to clean and helpful for removing items after baking.It’s really important to be aware that this silicone is very thin and pliable. That’s nice when you want to peel it away from a finished baked good, but it can spell disaster if you try to put these in and out of the oven without fully supporting them. At a minimum, you’ll want to place these on a baking sheet, and sometimes reinforcement with another similarly shaped pan may be necessary. I wish there was a bit more structure to them – they are definitely slightly too thin for my preference.As with so many sets on Amazon, you get a bunch of tossed-in accessories here, not all of which are actually things you may want or need. The silicone tools (brush, spatula, whisk) are very small and low quality, and we ended up not keeping them. The oven mitts are similarly unhelpful – they’re tiny and inflexible. The cupcake molds also are maybe less helpful than you’d expect because they’re different shapes, so you don’t get enough of any one type to make a set of cupcakes – I would have preferred at least four of one style, and even then they’re so flexible I’m not sure I’d trust baking them outside of a separate container.Overall, I would have preferred they skip the accessories and reinvest the cost into making the core silicone pans 50% thicker so they’d have more rigidity. These work for occasional use, but I’ll be really surprised if they’re still around my kitchen in three years – even if they survive washing and use, they may not survive my frustration if a baked good ends up on the floor because the pan wobbles too much out of my grasp.
