Look no further!
This is the best camera. Itâs WiFi free. Has great picture quality during the day and at night. When I use the microphone to talk to my daughter she can clearly understand me and I her. The battery lasts a long time. I can make it last weeks sometimes (thatâs when I donât have it on all night). When I have it on all night it will last a few days.Itâs also super easy to set up. You just plug it in basically so it makes bringing it to other places very easy.You can zoom in pretty far and still see clearly.Itâs sensitive to noise which I love. The screen goes dark unless it hears noise, then it brightens up.The screen is nice and big which makes using the dual screen even better. This is a game changer with two kids now.My only complaint is that the sound machine feature isnât great. The White noise is not a good white noise sound. I donât know how to describe it but we opted to but separate white noise machine due to the monitors sound being annoying.So donât buy it for the white noise; buy it for all the other amazing features.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service!
This camera and monitor system works fantastic for our family. The picture is very clear, audio is crisp, and it’s helpful to be able to easily switch between two cameras. I really like the large size of the monitor display. No WiFi connectivity which gives me peace of mind to avoid possibility of creepy hackers.Customer service is excellent. I had one camera die after 5 mos of use and going through the troubleshooting steps on their website didn’t work. I contacted customer service the weekend before Christmas and someone responded very quickly – on Sunday! A new camera has been shipped out today (Monday) at no additional cost.Thank you, Babysense!

The monitor and cameras worked great for about a year. I was very happy with it. Easy set up and Clearer pictures than the last baby monitor than we had before. Then one day one of the two cameras started having a buzzing noise and about a week later the monitor would not turn on. I would plug it in and the red light will show up and after a few hours, the light would turn green, indicating that it was charged, but nothing.EDIT: the seller did a wonderful job by quickly replying to my review and sent a new monitor and camera set! Again, the cameras and monitor are great!

Clear image and great connection
The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn’t nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I’m able to see the whole room by moving the camera.The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn’t really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids’ rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren’t able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door.Although the first parent unit was defective, I’m still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

Overall good monitor
Good monitor. The antenna is a little prone to breaking and itâs worth noting that when youâre using the dual/split screen feature you can only hear audio on one of the monitors so if you want audio for both kids that are sleeping you wonât be able to do that. It has good range and we like it overall. Oh one more eh thing is when the nightlights on it makes a high pitched noise that many may not hear but itâs definitely there goes away as soon as the lights turned off. Camera image is great and audio is too you can also talk to your kiddo via the monitor I think you can even use it as a sound machine as well? But we donât use that feature. It has a white noise and music options

Great Split Screen Option
We have had this monitor for about a year now. Originally purchased it when we had our second and wanted a non-WiFi monitor option. It has been great! The split screen is my favorite feature. Itâs easy to travel with, reliable, has a good battery life and good picture quality. Recently the parent unit stopped charging. I reached out and had one of the best customer support experiences ever!! They were so helpful and sent me a new parent unit quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Great quality live video
When I bought this camera about 1 year ago, we planned on having 2 kids. I didn’t get the chance to set up both cameras because I didn’t need the second one at the time but when our 2nd baby came, we found out the 2nd camera wasn’t working. I tried every troubleshoot option. I contacted the company and they sent out 1 camera, then another camera because the one they sent didn’t work as well. The original issue was that the camera wasn’t powering on. The next issue on the camera they sent was that the range was only about 5-10 unobstructed feet. We need much more range for our monitor. Finally, the next camera they sent resolved the issue. I wish we didn’t have to go through all that, but the company was great and really made sure we were good. Otherwise, the quality is great, it’s use friendly, and it has a long range. I’d buy it again.

The monitor itself is of excellent quality – great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don’t sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

Absolutely love this monitor. I had a Vava and returned it because I was having issues nonstop. Iâm so glad I got this one instead. Quality is better, range is way better, sound is good, battery life is good. I literally have no complaints. I think the temperature indicator may be off by 1-2 degrees but that doesnât bother me. We monitor the temperature of our childrenâs room another way anyway
