I was skeptical… EXPENSIVE…. Bad instructions…Ultimately? It works.
So, this is a tough one for me. I’m always very skeptical about supplements, especially ones with such an EXTREMELY expensive price tag and somewhat gimmicky packaging like these.Right off the bat, I don’t like how much single use packages you have to throw away. 2 envelopes a day, plus the box they’re in. I’m not sure that there’s any way around that, especially if each capsule is actually filled up. It does make them convenient for packing when traveling, I guess.So, after looking up the company, seeing they were legit, and reading the very hidden instructions telling to take twice a day – (they also don’t say if you should take these with food or not), I started my trial week.As others have said, right away, you get neon yellow urine, which means these are packed with vitamin B12. Like, probably a LOT. Nothing wrong with that, as we just pee out any our body doesn’t need. I never had any upset stomach or any other gross feelings like I have with some cheaper multivitamins, and noticed no difference when taking with or without food. As always, when taking pills, drink a lot of water.**Take the following with a grain of salt. It’s only my own subjective experience.**I didn’t actively notice any changes, but for like, day 5-7 I found myself having a lot more energy and motivation. I was getting stuff done I’d been putting off for a long time. I have ADHD, and even with treatment, I still struggle, so this sudden motivation was really awesome. But, I didn’t make any connection between taking this and that new sense of energy and motivation.Once I finished my 7th day packs, a few days later I kind of found myself slipping back to my baseline, and only then did I realize that these things might have actually been doing something quite special. Of course, there’s no way for me to know if that boost was coming from these vitamins, or just a coincidence.I’m happy I was able to review these, and wish I could afford to buy more to see if the uplift in my mood and motivation was from taking these or something else, but they’re just WAY too expensive for me to justify on my current budget. Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford $200/month for vitamins, but right now, these are strictly for the most wealthy people. Goodness knows all us normal people are struggling just to afford eggs… 🙁

Wow! Great blend of longevity ingredients. I love that HOP takes the guessing out of my search for all the right things. Super convenient, just grab your pack and go. No more ordering dozens of bottles of supplements (super expensive) and spending Sunday afternoons organizing them into daily/weekly portions. Do yourself a favor and try HOP. You will feel great, look better with less effort. Win!

Seeing Something & Missing Something
I had taken this HOP longevity and here are what I think:- I noticed my urine turned to Mountain Dew color a few hours after I took these tablets. It will be back to normal at later time- These pills helped me to take care of my business in the morning easily- I felt a little bit more energetic during the day. It’s different with the jittering energy I got from drinking coffee or green tea- I didn’t see I have better sleeps at nights Regarding to the longevity or reducing aging, I couldn’t tell by looking at my face. Thus, I gave it 2.5 stars for seeing something but not everything.

Convenient
So I don’t think a 7-day protocol of the pills are useful, really, to see any benefit. However, in and of itself the idea is good, the pills are good, and the packaging is fine. Although it is so convenient to have individual pill packs per day, it’s not exactly eco-friendly. I’d feel better if it came in easier to recycle or even compostable packaging. Also, it’s expensive. There’s definitely a convenience tax, which is okay if you can afford and are willing to pay it. However, if you want to do your own research, just buy bottles of the supplements and put them in a weekly pill organizer. Same job would be done.
