Great to have for camping.
This is a must-have for camping. The capacity is enough for a couple of people without having to constantly refill it. It’s easy to use, and the water tasted great. It worked so well that I bought a few extra to donate to those impacted during the 2024 hurricanes.

I was surprised. I thought the water once filtered would taste flat but it had great flavor. Better than water out of a tap!I am updating my review because I cannot get thru to seller. The fter after two uses is completely clogged. I have tried blowing and drawing air thru to no avail and water can’t get thru either. It is not clogged with mud or silt. The fibers have just expanded to the point of blockageAnother update: seller got in touch & let me know a replacement filter was no problem! They are sending it out & I should have it very soon. I â¤â¤ð¯ great customer service!

Very convenient and easy to use
The portable water filter was perfect for my hiking trip. Small and lightweight enough to easily carry around. While on my hike I was able to get the water directly out of the river to drink or store in the water bag. I can even filter water out of a bottle due to the extension tube that can connect to a water bottle. The tube is a water filter that removes contaminates that can affect the water such as rocks, leaves, chlorine and mercury just to name a few. The removal rate is up to 99.99999. What a life saver it turned out to be on my hike.

slow but great filter
I live off grid so this filter is great for my needs. It does take about 30 minutes to fill a gallon container, but I can do other things while it’s doing the job. I filter roof rain run off (containing dirt/ fire ash/ chem trails) and it’s clear when it comes out. If the filter sits too long I do have to clear the inlet by smacking it against my hand once in a while. Overall, for me, this filter is exactly what I needed

I’m totaly in! It’s easy and fun.
Waited too long to get into filtering drinking water when camping. Always boiled, but this saves a lot of fuel, and campfires are restricted in a lot of areas lately. So cooking can be difficult in some places due to the wildfires. But this filter kit takes care of that in a simple, easy to use system. Use it ultralite backpacking or camping with all the comforts. Filtered sierra snow melt tastes soo good, there’s no odor or funny taste at all. I definatly waited to long, should have been doing this years ago. This kit has everything included, that’s why I bought it. Then realizing how easy and convienent it is to use, I coudn’t wait to spend a few days in the hills trying it out. I’m a less is more backpacker, but this kit will go on all my hikes, and camping trips. I’m totally in.
