After I had some bloodwork done, my family care doctor recommended I take a vitamin ADK to help my low vitamin D. He suggested a vitamin ADK supplement over just a vitamin D supplement b/c it better helps your body get the full benefit of the vitamin D. I can’t remember what all he said, but he knew what he was talking about, so I started looking for a good ADK supplement. After a little research, I decided upon this one.
