This puzzle toy is a good option for dog owners with breeds that have thinner, longer muzzles. The narrow and deep tubes provide a satisfying challenge that larger dogs or wider muzzled dogs might find frustrating due to reach limitations. My Shiba inu mix loves working to get to the treats in these tricky compartments.One thing I noticed is that this puzzle seems to be made of a slightly slicker material than other puzzle toys I’ve purchased. While some might see this as a drawback, I’ve actually found it to be a bonus! On my hardwood floors, the added slipperiness makes the puzzle even more challenging as it slides around slightly while my dog is working on it. The dog in this photo must be like 6 inches long, because this thing is way smaller than it seems in the picture.Also, the quality is much less than I expected. It is like felt, my dogs don’t seem very interested in it. We have a different mat that they love. This one, not so much.

Great enrichment activity!
We have a cattle dog who is high energy. She needs this mat for enrichment daily. Occupies her for up to 30 mins depending how sneaky we are with hiding treats. Sometimes she takes the mat and tries to flip it or shake it. We always have an eye on her when she’s using it to stop that behavior. It’s also easy to clean, just shake it out and toss in the washing machine.

Our dog loves this mat! I put food and hide it all over inside of it and she spends lots of time hunting and searching and then she just plays with them at when itâs empty drags it around and when she wants treats, she brings it to you!

Ripped in less than 10 minutes
Very disappointed. The description says for dogs but the very first use in less than 10 minutes it was ripped. Itâs felt so I kind of thought it wouldnât last but I didnât expect it to last 10 minutes. If you could see my order history youâd know Iâm not exaggerating. It was delivered, I got it and thought Iâd give it a try and now I have started a return. I didnât even bother trying the smaller busy option. Maybe for cats???
