Bottom Piece Slides
3-stars! The most frustrating thing about this product is the fact that the bottom piece that holds the chopped vegetables does not lock!!! It slides all of the time, even while cutting the vegetables. It will fall & break when putting it up if you do not hold it. Never had this problem with other choppers. The ease of cleaning & chopping both make up for it, but I will not purchase another one from this maker.

In the video it shows that you can use the mandolin to shave potatoes until a few weeks ago. I love this product, but my partner who loves cooking uses it all the time!! Itâs a needed staple in the kitchen!!
