Convenient Product and Great Service
First off this product is a great concept and works really well with the app. We have used it since our baby was born to track feeding times and diapers. This has helped us gauge improvements to our routine and also gives us good data when talking with our pediatrician.The device is nice because it allows us to discreetly enter information at night when we don’t want to make a ton of noise or click through in app on our phone. We can just tap a button and the data is logged. Later we can go back and add details in the app like ounces of milk.We had an issue with a button sticking and the support team was very responsive to help us fix it. All around we love this company and highly recommend you give them a shot if you’re looking to establish a good routine with your newborn.

Good idea, needs refinement
After not having a very user-friendly tracking system for our first born, we decided to buy this for our second. Overall, it’s functional, but there are some problems I’ve encountered that leave me unsatisfied.1. While the buttons are technically customizable, they come pre-labeled to match the default settings, and these labels don’t come off. If you want to customize the buttons, you have to put a new sticker on top of the existing label, and then the old label is visible through the sticker.2. I have one of the buttons set up with a timer. Often, I will open the app to randomly find that the timer is going as if I pressed the button when I haven’t. The remote is left in the same spot, where it can’t get bumped or jostled, and yet that button keeps randomly registering and tracking things that I don’t want it to track.3. The notification options are lacking. I want to be able to get a notification any time certain events are logged, partially so I can make sure that the device and app are logging things correctly, and partially so when my husband and I switch off on baby duty in the middle of the night, we don’t have to ask when her last bottle or diaper change was. The only notification option in the app, even with a paid premium subscription, is to be notified when it’s been a set amount of time since the last time an event was logged. In theory, I could set it up so it logs me when it’s been like one minute since the last event, but then I wouldn’t be able to get notifications when it genuinely has been too long since her last feeding or diaper change or whatever. I want notification options for both.

Not worth the price
I really liked the idea of this. But for the amount of money it costs it’s not that great of quality. It’s completely plastic. It has a very strong electrical smell to it. There is no on and off button. So if you don’t mount it. You will most likely accidently hit the buttons and track things you didn’t mean too. It’s not rechargeable but can either be powered with batteries or plugged in 24/7. It didn’t even come with a USB cord to do the plug in option. This product at most should be 30 dollars.

Won’t connect to WiFi
I had been waiting forever to get this item to make it easier to track task with my baby. Unfortunately the item won’t connect to wifi and I really believe it is due to receiving a used one. The batteries were already in it and the person left the plastic in the package. It’s even carpet lint on the pads. The battery pack on the machine also is not flush as whoever had this item prior to me must have struggled getting the batteries in. I was okay with still using it but it won’t connect to wifi at all after the 50 times I have constantly tried. Very sad and will be sending back.
