amazing camera with no monthly fee and with easy set up
the first thing that came to my mind with this camera is, the price at the spec. It was very easy to set up and also came with usb power cord.Connecting to Wansview account was east and i was able to set up the camera under five mins. Picture quality is great at 2k. two way audio works great also. the camera is compact and works great for indoor. the motion sensor alerts works great. any time anything pass by i get an alert.

Great Camera – Easy set-up and install
My first observation was for a camera with the listed technical specifications, it was a great value for the money. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to find the instructions easy to read and follow (not tiny and difficult to read and follow). I was also pleased to find a USB power cord that was long enough for most installations. The overall set-up process was easy and uneventful.Pairing the Cinnado D1 camera to an existing Wansview Cloud account was simple and easy. Follow the instruction and in under 5 minutes the camera is connected and visible in the Wansview Cloud app.The picture quality for daytime use is excellent; the 2k resolution is satisfactory for indoor use. I was impressed with the night vision; it was sharp and clear. I donât use the two-way audio, so I donât have any comment about it. I use the 24/7 video recording function, and it works as it should. The motion sensor works; there is some latency in the tracking, as with most security cameras.I have installed a number of the Cinnado D1 cameras with installations in New York and Florida. The size of the D1 camera is compact and quite desirable; it is small, unobtrusive and easy to install. The Wansview Cloud app works fine. Since I monitor cameras from various manufacturers, I use Blue Iris for monitoring the various model cameras. The D1 camera within Blue Iris is easy to monitor and record using the available 24/7 live-stream video.The best part of my Cinnado experience was the Customer Service. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE AND PERSISTANT! I sent several e-Mails with my issues. Each time I received a response overnight; the response was always complete and thorough.They also were persistent with their follow-up e-Mails to ensure that my issues were satisfactorily resolved. My technical issues dealt with the streaming video settings for Blue Iris. Their information was complete and accurate. THANK YOU FIONA, FOR YOUR HELP AND PERSISTANCE! This is the way GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE!

Good Starter Camera
On Day 1 it works so far. It did randomly disconnect and I had to reset it but that was easy. If it continues to disconnect, then thatâs a problem and my review would change. If you want to save all the video in the cloud to review later, you have to get a paid subscription. You can see the live view and get motion alerts without buying a subscription. You can also take snapshots and videos of the live view and save directly to your phone without cloud.I got this camera to keep an eye on my pet throughout the day. I like that I can set an âauto offâ timer so it doesnât run if Iâm at home. I like that it lets you save positions so you can easily get back to a main viewing position after using the console feature. Setup was kind of annoying, instructions seemed straightforward but there were hiccups. Location is required. Does not support 5G connection. Does not recharge, has to be plugged in. Lets you talk to your pets but Iâm not using that feature. Recording quality is good.

Quick and easy setup!
Very easy and convenient camera. The pick feeling point for me on this camera is that you get a very functional camera that sets up extreamly fast and also is easy to mount. From the time I opened the box to the time the camera was connected to wifi and I was able to veiw it from the app was probably about 3 minutes. The app walks you through setup so it’s every quick and easy with little to no knowledge ahead of time. The features of the app and camera itself are very nice as well. It’s definitely an affordable and high quality option for anyone looking for a simple security camera but also has some extra features for added convenience.

Excellent quality for the price and super easy setup!
I was hesitant to get this camera at first because of the price but Iâm so glad that I was wrong and got it anyways. The set up was super easy and took less than 5 minutes, picture quality is excellent, I have the ability to move and angle the camera with my phone, it has the ability to blur out specific areas in your house to ensure your privacy, and even without the premium subscription, you get about 7 days worth of footage, and about 10 seconds per video. I got this to keep an eye on my dogs while Iâm away, and I have no regrets. I can talk to them, hear them, move and angle the camera, and also have the ability to take screenshots and save to a gallery. The design is nice and small, and the camera itself works as advertised (and better than I expected, to be honest). I recommend this product 100%. Iâve had it for 2 months now and have no complaints so far!
