Bought this for my daughter for Christmas gift. I was aware this was a refurbished version but the product had dents and poor quality just by visualizing the exterior. Upon turning the product on everything start right and about half a hour later it turned off. I assumed it was due to lack of battery so I plugged in the charger and it did not work. Doesn’t start anymore. Just a nightmare. In the process of getting a refund. I really wish it would of worked. My daughter was so excited to have a foldable laptop.

La marca Dell es reconocida por sus productos. Esta mini laptop puede usarse en modl laptop o en modo tableta; con esta opción puede usarse en horizontal o vertical. Adicionando una micro SD de 512 GB no hay problema al trabajar con archivos grandes. Es para uso básico, pero suficiente para usar programas de edición de documentos, fotos u otros.

el producto es tal como se describe, llego to bien empaquetado en buenas condiciones, muy buena estetica. un unico detalle en la letra (a) en el teclado hay que precionar con fuerza par aque se escriba, pero de alli todo lodemas muy buen producto.
