Very pleased
I got this as a potential replacement for the Brita faucet filters I have been using, and replacing every 6-9 months (the base/mount) for years. I didn’t even get 6 months out of my last one and that was it – I’ve had it. So I thought I’ll try this one.I couldn’t be more pleased. Everything about it is better. The water flow is much faster. It’s so much easier to operate and switch from purified to regular. And best of all the entire thing comes apart so when the internal washer wears out as they do you can replace it! The purification seems just as good although I haven’t tested it for contaminants. The taste is the same. I guess time will tell as for durability but I do believe it will pass that test as well.

Excellent water filter
I have finally found the long term faucet filter that I will be using. I didn’t like Brita’s faucet filter where you can’t see what’s going on with the filter. Waterdrop lets me see exactly how dirty/clean my filter is.It is extremely easy to setup if you have a standard kitchen faucet. Just remove the aerator, find an adapter that fits your faucet, place the mounting nut over the adapter and screw the adapter on while holding on to the mounting nut. Then, screw the mounting base of the filter to the mounting nut and attach the rest of the filter. Under “videos for this product” there’s an installation video. I didn’t use the plumber’s tape for installation and there were no leaks.The water pressure is good and easy to control. I like how there’s a good deal of water coming out of the filtered side, unlike with my old Brita which had a tiny stream of filtered water.Most filters are filled with activated carbon coconut shells. Waterdrop does use activated carbon coconut shells for some of its other products, so if you’re allergic to coconuts, you might want to ask if this one also uses that too. That doesn’t affect us, but this is an FYI for potential customers who may be affected.

This filter produces the very best tasting water.
We just moved into a new apt and unfortunately we left our steel Water Drop at the old house . To save on immediate cost I bought the basic plastic model. I only paid 16.00 approx for this one Iâm not sure why it was so low but with having to make multiple deposits all on the same day I certainly appreciate the extremely low cost when this begins too leak or if I catch the the steel modal at a low price Iâll gervthe stainless steel one which I believe will last year and years with proper maintenance. Iâve tried other brands because someone else made the purchase and the Water Drop is superior in every way to Brita and Pur. Particularly itâs the taste though every overnight guest we have always comments on how good our water is . Itâs simply better tasting itâs the crispest, freshest tasting water produced by any of the faucet mount systems Iâve tried and it also beats out all the pitcher filters by a noticeable amount. The basic plastic water Drop faucet mount system last much longer than the brands by 6 months to a year just because the design makes a better longer lasting product. I assume that once Iâm back in a house instead of an apartment Iâll try the under sink system or maybe go move into an RO system once we buy instead of rent in any case I know we will by Water Drop and am sure we will be pleased with any of their products.

Disappointed filter isnât filtering!
Bought this for my bathroom sink due to horrible water, causing breakouts. It was easy to install, but i tested it using my digital water tester and too much of my surprise it literally reads the same as my tapwater!! I made sure I did everything right, I made sure the filter was turned the right way. made sure I let the COLD water run through it on the PURE setting for way longer than a minute just to be sure and itâs still reading the same as my tap water which is 485! Itâs horrible . You can open up the filter by twisting it and inside is just these white strings in that are folded over. I donât see how that is actually filtering the water!. I challenge the people that say itâs so great to test the water as well.

Wow! 🙂 Where to begin! I recently had been looking for a waterfilter to replace one in my kitchen, and I came across Waterdrop. The filter looked great online, and ever since getting it, I couldnât be happier with it! :)The package came with everything youâd need to install it. Tons of faucet attachments to fit many different models. If you have a sink with outside threading, what helped me when attaching it, was when wrapping the Teflon tape around the sink threads, to match the direction of the end of the tape to the direction youâll be turning the filter attachment, as to not unwrap the tape as the filter is screwing on. Perhaps before adding the tape, test out which direction that will be first, and then add the tape to install 🙂 It may save you some time, and tape :)Once it was attached, I could instantly tell that the water was so crisp and clear! 🙂 I have been loving the taste, and knowing it is filtered is so nice! Exactly what I was looking for!The speed of the filtered water is also very fast 🙂 and had a really nice pressure to it too!And the look of the filter is sleek, I love the chrome details!Iâve been using this filter everyday since I have gotten it, and I am so pleased with it! :)There are a lot of filters out there, though I am especially glad to have went with this one by Waterdrop, as their company is also so kind and considerate! They answered all my questions, and were there to help if I needed anything! Purchasing the filter from them feels like having the added bonus of being in contact with their incredible service and the reassurance that they have your back! :)Both the crisp filtered water, and their wonderful company, give you the VIP treatment! 🙂 Would totally recommend!!
