B&H Photo has the Datacolor Spyder Essential Colorimeter in their DealZone for $99 (Reg $169). The Spyder is great value when they go on sale, and if you’re in the market, this is a good time to grab one.

We have used the Syder series for a long time, and we’ve been happy with the results on both desktop monitors and especially laptops, which can have some awful colour out of the box. Even if your screen doesn’t cover full gamuts, it’s still a good idea to have a colorimeter.
