Elinchrom, makers of high-end lighting solutions, have announced the release of the LED 100 C, a continuous LED light.
Designed to support photographers and videographers, the Elinchrom LED 100 C is the brand’s first conventional continuous LED light.
Since 1962, Elimchrom has developed innovative lighting solutions designed for indoor and outdoor use. The LED 100 C is a new chapter in the company’s evolution.

The LED 100 C is a portable RGB LED Monolight with variable Bi-color CCT output and no less than 15 dynamic and customizable lighting effects.
Elinchrom is all about developing lighting solutions for photographers and videographers on the move.
The new LED 100 C measures 6.8 x 4 x 3.9″ (17.2 x 10.2 x 10cm) for the standalone light and 8.1 x 6.8 x 3.9″ (20.6 x 17.2 x 10cm) with the mount fitted. A single 100 C weighs 2.01 lb (0.91), making it an easy choice for on-site and off-site work.
As the name suggests, the LED 100 C is a 100-watt maximum power continuous LED light with impressive performance and reliability.
Elinchrom’s fan-cooled LED 100C offers a variable 2700 to 6500K color temperature, daylight or tungsten outputs, and full RGB with a CRI Color Accuracy of 95.
Optimized for flicker-free, high-speed-recording, the LED 100 C is ideal for video or photo content creation.
As a highly portable continuous light, its built-in rechargeable 72Wh lithium battery grants 40 minutes of use at 100% power via an 85-minute USB-C-powered charge time.
At max power, the Elinchrom cranks out 3000 Lux at 3.3′ (1m), allowing you to expose even the darkest of scenes.
The Elinchrom LED 100 C features current-generation Bluetooth connectivity via the upcoming Elinchrom App. However, the continuous light also boasts traditional dial control and an intuitive touchscreen.
While the light ships with a simple translucent dome, the front mount supports Elinchrom and ProFotolight light modifiers.
The Elinchrom LED 100 C 100-watt continuous light is available for preorder at around US$600.00. A dual light kit is also available for around US$1,000.00
