Awesome simple combination
You get a 4 month supply of a great and simple combination of 640mg of echinachea and 360mg of goldenseal. I like this combination a lot because you get an immune boost from the echinachea and goldenseal is a major source of berberine. Berberine is known to be a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It is also known to assist with immune function. I use both of these supplements independently and for me this is a perfect convenient combination. The dose is 2 small easy to swallow capsules. I was happy to see the bottle has the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) mark to ensure a standard of quality in production. I found this to be a quality product and a great simple formula.

I got into it because I wanted to give my immune system a little extra help.I like that it’s a 4-month supply! That’s great value. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven’t given me any stomach issues, which is always a plus. It’s hard to gauge any short-term effects, but I’m trusting it’s a good thing to have and will slowly help me!

Good supplement
Great for when you’re coming down with something. These are nice to have on hand for when you’re getting sick. They are average sized, and with 240 of them they’ll last a while. These are easier to take than a liquid, as there is not as much of a taste.

What is this?
I’ve been taking Echinacea alone, or with Goldenseal for 35 yrs…yet never smelled anything like this. What is this stuff? WHAT is the strange smell that emanates from these capsules?? I took it anyway for my cold, but geesh, am highly skeptical of its effectiveness bc the smell is so off-putting. NEVER have I smelled ANY Echinacea or w/Goldenseal like this….it is very, VERY strange. Won’t order this brand again, too weird.
