I grew up in the military. Joined up when I was 17 years old. Became an Army medic and I’m still a paramedic today. I was tough on my body. Today I organize and lead a large social bicycle club here in Fort Lauderdale. I’ve been rough on my body. I have spent much time in gyms building bulky biceps and the like. I have taken a few falls from my bikes. I now have a shoulder that barely works. My body after all of these years cannot take much more in the form of impacts. So when I spotted this M MIKE SPORT Adjustable Kettlebell Weight Set 3 in 1 detachable kit I snatched it up. This I can use to keep my shoulder loose and help to manage pain. I don’t need the full gym or the extra heavy steel and iron weight sets. I just need a small set to keep my shoulder from freezing up. The size and weight is just right. And to be honest, I did not realize that the set comes apart and unleashes the dumbells. I was fine with it just being a small kettlebell. So…bonus feature! And as much as I am loving this cool little kit I really wish the plastic case was manufactured out of some other material. That might have added that last extra star.

Easy to hold
I use small free weights. I am a beginner kettle ball user. I like the ease of holding this set. It is a good weight for me to use. The plastic handle is smooth. It feels like its made from a strong material. I like the versatility of being able to remove one weight if I need too. Also, I can store everything in one place. Very happy with this item and would recommend.

Easy to use
The concept of this weight is a good one, and I was curious to see if it would meet expectations. It did.The weights were light for me, but my wife will be able to use it. The item is plastic and looks cheap at first, but after trying it, I can say that it seems to work well. The ability to remove and add weight is a nice idea, making this product versatile for several kinds of workouts.I don’t know how long it will last but the initial impression is that it should be a part of our home gym for some time.

Good quality hand weights
Iâm using them for arms exercise, the grip is very secure and comfortable to use. The set holder looks so good and it doesnât crash with the rest of the gym equipment. The bells fit perfectly in the holder.

This is a great addition to my exercise routine. It is big and heavy and I like that I can place it in one and also divide it into two when needed. I am a beginner and just starting so this is great for me.
