Working, but not as well as OEM part
This evaporator does work well enough to allow me to reset my filter indicators in my Dyson PH04 Air Filter/Humidifier, but the humidity indicator is only at 41%. I set the Humidity to 70%, but with this new evaporator, the humidity indicator won’t go above 41%. However, the air in my home does feel less dry than before I replaced the previous evaporator. The price of this replacement evaporator is much less than Dyson’s part, so there is some value to this product.

Economical Replacements.
These wicks are a bit less expensive than the OEM version of the same, and they don’t *appear* to be any different from the originals. When compared to the original ones, they are the same size, but I haven’t used them yet, so I don’t know if they are as absorbent. Since there are no glaring differences and they “feel” like they’re made of remarkably similar material, I don’t have any reason to believe they won’t perform just like the originals. Should I have any problems with them after I install them later this fall, I will update this review.

Not even close…
These HIHEPA 2 Pack Wick Evaporator Filter Replacements aren’t even close to the original. The material inside that is responsible for evaporating the water is like paper and isn’t the proper length or density. Indicating the material is wood pulp and paper, I don’t see how the material will stand up to the moisture it will be exposed to. I wouldn’t trust these inside such an expensive humidifier. If the evaporative material were to come apart, it could contaminate the components of the evaporator.Use at your own risk.
