Very cold, but not too cold. Great for puffy eyes after an existential sobbing session.
If you’re like my and you spend a few hours every week sobbing in the corner of your bathroom, these are super convenient to have. Just pop the inner seal with a little squeeze and place directly onto the eyes. It’s very cold and feels very nice against puffy eyes. It does have a surprising amount of water inside so probably not TSA approved, darn.

bought for my arthritis knee to use after I walk. Also used for grandson’s Osgood Schlatter after he has sports practice. I keep some in my car, his mom’s car and will be taking some on my upcoming trip to ice knee after my walking stint from the day. Size is perfect for the knee area and smaller joints. Easy to activate and works very well. Don’t really need to time the 15-20 minutes as when it slowly loses the coldness, its about that time frame anyway, but I still leave it on because it feels good. If you want to ice down let’s say your thigh, a bigger size will probable be better. Would definitely buy again as my supply dwindles down.

Convenient, but not awfully cold
I bought these to help supplement icing my knee after knee replacement surgery. Sometimes I just need something to fill in the gaps. I had a different brand, but I could not find them online, so I bought these. Theyâre cold, but they donât stay cold very long. I think a bag of frozen peas stays colder. Iâm going to use them, but I think Iâll try another brand next time. They donât leak and I wouldnât mind if they were just a little bit larger.

These things are small but not too small! They stay cold for quite a while and work very well in an emergency. Super light, the entire box of 25 weighs about 3 pounds and the bags themselves are fairly durable as far as storing purposes go.
