Some support, little relief
These neuropathy socks only provide a little bit of support. They did not provide substantial relief from the burning neuropathy in my feet, ankles, or calves when I wore them walking around. However I do have a rare disease which causes severe neuropathic pain over most of my body. These may work better for you.I like to wear these rather than an ankle brace. The ankle brace causes a great deal of added pain due to it’s seams. These provide light support without seams. They also reduce some of the added pain when I must wear the brace. To keep them lasting longer, I launder them in a delicate cycle and dry them on a low setting.

Ankle Support
I like the extra support on the ankle and the open toe of these socks. I have the XL and I wear a 10.5. The tightness is just about right for me. I also have the black color, so I have plenty to last for a while. My wife got these for me to help with swelling after ankle surgery. They seem to help with that.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. We are provided the opportunity to order (free of charge) many items that are new to the market, or where a seller just wants some additional exposure for their product. We are NOT required to review every item in exchange for using it. I personally only order products that are important to me (and/or my wife), items I can use or items that I have the ability to properly test (I have lots of test equipment). So, from that use/testing I can provide an honest evaluation & review (and not always a 4 or 5 star) based upon my use and testing of the product. Thanksâ¦and feel comfortable with any information I provide in a review.

Good fit and overall compression
I got these to help with my plantar fasciitis. After transitioning to working from home, I wear shoes far less often and therefore my feet get little arch support. These give nice compression without being too much around the ankle. My only slight negative is that they could have a little more compression in the arches. I do wear these with a cushioned arch support brace around the middle of my foot for more support in the arch then. For reference, my feet are a size 10 US women’s, on the narrower side and the size L is perfect.

Helps With Swelling

Makes my ankle feel great
I had ankle surgery a few months ago and I’m still working on getting all of the strength and flexibility back into my ankle. I’m also still dealing with an ankle that swells up like a football by the end of the day, so my surgeon suggested compression socks to keep the swelling in check. They work, but I absolutely hate wearing socks that come up over my knee. I figured I would try these out to see if they could replace the compression socks, and they are doing a great job so far. I actually wear them upside down so that the tighter compression is on my ankle, and they definitely help with keeping the swelling in check. Best part is that this is essentially a 6-pack for me since I only need to wear one at a time, so I get almost a full week out of one pack.
