Ohhhh-kayyySo I feel like an idiot because I am just now finally trying some of these. And they are FANTASTIC! WOWI have been buying parchment baking paper for years. That stuff has been my go-to because I bake a lot. Not just rolls and cookies, but meats and veggies etc. And the parchment helped with easy clean-up and no sticking without using oils or butters.Problem with parchment paper is it’s a one time use and in the trash. And I’m trying to be less wasteful so definitely want to stop doing that!So I ran across these Matt’s recently while shopping for more parchment paper and I saw a good deal for a set of 2 – think it was like $5 and the parchment paper costs the same so, why not? The reviews were good. I’ve used these daily since receiving them. I did a light hand washing of them before first use. One I left whole for a large cookie sheet that I use. The other I cut in half to use as 2 separate mats on the tray in my toaster oven. Fits great! Works fantastic. I can’t get over how happy I am with these. Nothing sticks! Rolls come out perfectly browned etc. And clean-up is easy. Baked breads I just wipe the mat off with a damp paper towel and things like pork chops I wash the mat with dish soap, although I also stuck one in the dishwasher and it came out fine afterwards.I highly recommend purchasing these. Their great!

I have an unusual use for these silicone mats.
I actually purchased these to cut and place on the bottom crumb tray of my Breville Smart Oven. The cut mat doesn’t move or fray, and is pretty easy to clean; when one gets really discolored, I simply replace it with another. Good value.

Tin foil works, but I was looking for something a little longer lasting and easier to use. This is better. It cleans okay; however, I was hoping that it would be better at resisting stains.
