Because if you are lucky enough to be in the public bathroom with a deaf person then the horrific smell will absolutely alert them to what you’re up to.If you’re in a new relationship and still embarrassed about bodily functions then maybe break up for 15 days. Because I promise you, you WILL be going to the bathroom MANY times a day. (I went 9 times one day until there was nothing left but my colon didn’t get the message and kept with the cramps)And, for the love of all that is holy: Never ever EVER trust a fart. For 15 days, don’t trust them.That said: The product WORKS. I lost a lot of weight. Like, double digits, I was shocked. But I have modified my diet so that helped.Oh and I absolutely did NOT take 2 pills. I’d take one of each because god help me if I ever took more than one… I love myself too much for that. The pills did exactly what they said they’d do and I don’t regret taking them and I will take them again.

Beware! Good & bad
This stuff works but it’s also horrible at the same time. It really does clean you out which is great for a detox but it gives me the most horrible stomach pains!! I mean horrible on the toilet 20 minutes wanting to cry. I don’t think it’s worth it for the pain it gives. Not sure if it’s like that for everyone but buyers beware haha

This was the worst detox/diet experience I have ever had. 15 days of pain and pure misery. I started off at a BMI of 27.1 and after 15 days of careful, clean eating, plenty of water, and exercise I lost half a pound, $30, and all my hopes and respect for this line of supplements.For 2 solid weeks, I never missed a dose. I counted calories between 1200 – 1400 a day, depending on my activity level, which is a healthy weight loss range for my height. I traded most meats for beans, legumes, and other protein sources. I drank a gallon of water daily and I rode 5 miles on my bike 6 days a week. Day 10 I looked in the mirror and I looked like I had gained 30 pounds I was so bloated. From day 9 on I constantly felt nauseous and had stomach pains – all day. Every day you think “Tomorrow has to be better”. But it’s not. It’s just as terrible, if not worse day by day.Here I am day 16, not even a pound lighter notwithstanding all the pain and misery these supplements have put my body through this past fortnight. There wasn’t even a period of the placebo effect. I am exhausted, weak, sluggish, forgetful, grumpy, and mad at myself for falling for this product. I had a lot of hopes and had filled my cart up with their other supplements to purchase when I was done with this “detox” but – delete, delete, delete, delete. I will never purchase another product from this company. I’m worried about what damage I have done to myself by using this product for so long and how long it will take my system to recover. Thanks for nothing Youth & Toxic!

Be prepared for intense cramping.
Hey everyone! I just got this yesterday, and I have to say, I woke up with some TERRIBLE cramps—worse than my usual period cramps. I had to run to the bathroom three or four times. The cramping stopped after one of those trips, but be prepared for some significant discomfort. I’ve heard that the first day is always the worst.I’ll keep you updated about any changes as time goes on, but so far, I’ve been eating only one meal a day with no snacks—just that one meal. I drink plenty of water, and if I don’t have water, I usually have iced tea. I do a 30-40 minute workout every day!As of today, the 21st, I haven’t weighed myself because I need to get a new scale; my other one is malfunctioning. Most of the cramping has gone away, and it no longer hurts. However, keep in mind that you may still experience diarrhea. Also, for some reason, my period hasn’t come yet. I’m not sure why, since it ALWAYS starts exactly 25 days after my last one. I’m having period-like cramps, so I assume it’s because of the pills, as I don’t take anything else. Honestly, I’m not too worried about it. It will come when it does. I’ll provide the next update once I get a new scale!
