Small & mighty!!
Small but mighty! When I say small, that also a good thing as it doesnât need to be massive nor would I want it to be! Great size for travel in order to use in a large variety of places. Love the zipper to make cleaning easy and very ergonomically designed. Giving to my dad for his neck pain relief and wouldnât hesitate to buy another! Also a bonus that it came with a carrying bag!!! And one that doesnât have an ugly logo or unknown company name splashed over it. Very incognito and simple. Perfect!! Talk about great quality & value!!

Stretcher not a massager
This does feel good and you can really feel the heat. Feels nice! But I guess I read it wrong. It said massage nodules, I thought it vibrates or something to actually massage as well. My fault for not reading it well, I guess. But it did feel good and I hope it helps my neck pain.

Not worth the money
I donât know where neck stretcher come in to play with this item, but itâs just a curved heating pad. You can get the same effect from a flat heating pad and pillow. You can barely feel the heat from it. I totally wasted my money on this Rinky Dinky thing.

Works great!
I have had on again off again neck and jaw pain for years, this device actually gives me real relief! I don’t give reviews often but this works and I think people should know it is worth trying. I know different people have different causes for neck and jaw pain so it may not work for everyone, but in my case it is wonderful!!!! I have best results laying on the floor, knees up, and hands up beside my head. I started on low for about 15-20 min.

Great for a tight neck!!
This was easy to start using straight out the box. It even gives you a neck stretching regimen to follow. That helps you stretch your neck out without hurting yourself. This has really helped relieve my tight neck. I only have to use it about 5-10 minutes a day to continue keeping make neck stretched. I usually do it before bedtime while I’m relaxing anyway. The heat feels so nice as well as the stretch. I also like that it comes with its own little bag so that I can’t lose pieces of it. You can also remove the cover so that you can wash it so it don’t start smelling funky too.

Love this product and the company who made it provides the best customer service. The product itself has been significantly helping with neck pain and I was heartbroken when my puppy chewed my usb cord that is needed for the product to heat up. I emailed their customer service (contact information on the standard product manual that came with in the box) and they are sending me a replacement with no questions asked. This is so very well worth it!
