Seem good!
I just started taking these since I just had a hysterectomy. I love that the capsules are small. Not what I was expecting at all. They also have D3, K2 and B12. So all the good stuff in a pill. Iâll appreciate the B12 for sure. Iâm sure these will be a new addition to the daily pills. Remember to drink lots of water as it can cause constipation.
