Definitely lasts a long time
These patches stick well and have a strong scent, which fades after a while. At first, they feel warm and soothing, but after about an hour, the heat ramps up to an almost unbearable burning sensation. I had to take mine off early because it got way too intense. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to be careful with these

Won’t stay on
I had high hopes for this product after reading the reviews, but I found these to be very difficult to peel off and apply to my knees. They stayed on for 2 hours, then rolled up, and came off in my pants leg. I’m not sure if they had any effect?

Nice on my sore shoulder
I got these for my shoulder, which has been sore lately after my longer swims. It was easy to put on, and had a nice herbal smell. It wasn’t like putting on a prescription lidocaine patch, but it did seem to help. It felt very secure and didn’t come off as I moved around all day.Here’s the scale I’m using for my ratings:⭐️ 1 star= Nope! I don’t recommend it at all. It’s poorly made, or not what it’s listed to be.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars = Has some redeeming qualities, would not buy again.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars = Meh. It’s passable.
