Not too thick not too thin
Great mats for sitting on the floor! I ordered these for my girlfriend who sits on the floor when she does makeup. The thickness is enough to feel cushion-y, but not so thick that you feel like you’re sinking into the mat. The edge pieces are confusing to connect, I had to cut off parts of the knobs to make them fit into some sockets. I could just be a dummy and not used the correct pieces, too . . . There is a slight chemical odor that is typical of virtually all other mats, but it is not overwhelming. Slides a little bit on carpet, so have to adjust every now and then, but for most uses shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, these are good mats for light daily use.

Floor Mat Squares
I am setting up a home gym in a part of my basement so I wanted to order these mats to designate the area. You get 24 in the set. I’ve had something like this before but the one thing these do not do is attach to each other. I have ones that tab together and I think I prefer those but these are a good size and the fact that they don’t hook together makes it easy to move them around. These are also great for assembling puzzles on and the fact that they are foam makes them easy to carry. There was no major odor to these despite that they are rubber and they have grid lines on the tops. Overall good set of floor mat squares!

The advertised measurements are accurate, but the pictures are a little misleading
I have a little workout machine in the corner of the room, and I cut up one of those roll-up mats and put a piece under the top of the machine and another under the bottom of it. That hasn’t mattered up until now, because up until now no one ever used it. But in accordance with my New Year’s resolution, I have begun using it several times a week. And it turns out that the little pieces of roll-up mat weren’t really a good idea. They tend to move around a little, so I started searching for something new. When I found this set, I thought it was a good solution to the problem.The ad says that this is a pack of 24. I’ve used mats like this before, and the ones I had in the past were 2 feet x 2 feet. When I first opened the box I was confused because I thought that there were only 6 tiles. So I looked, and I glossed right over the measurements in the ad. That’s on me. However, the pictures present a different view. There’s really only one picture that presents an accurate representation. In another, the mat look much bigger than it would be if the man was actually standing on it. In another it looks like a square. In two others they have 36 tiles laying down, giving the impression that what you receive will be that size. So I feel like the pictures are misleading. Just be sure to look at the actual measurements when considering this mat. When I looked closer at what I received, I realized that what I thought was a 24″ x24″ tile actually snapped apart into four separate, smaller tiles.Luckily, I only needed 16 of the 12″x12″ tiles to go under my machine. So this ended up working out for me. Now that it’s sitting on these, it feels much more stable and secure. The tiles are thick, and they’ll cushion a light fall. (Hopefully I won’t need that.) These tiles were a snap to assemble. It’s kind of like putting a puzzle together, and it took no time at all. You can use these indoors or outdoors. And even though I didn’t intend to test this part, I was drinking coffee as I laid this down and assembled it, and I spilled a small amount which wiped up with barely any effort at all. So these can be wiped clean with ease.I am glad to have these, and I do like the set. With a caution about the slightly misleading pictures, I would recommend this interlocking mat.
