I love these! I bought them to make bread bowls for soup and chili and they are just perfect. I divide my recipe (100 grams starter, 350 grams water, 500 grams flour and 10 grams salt) and it worked out great. If you wanted larger bowls you could divide into 3rds, too. Even a half loaf at this size will still fit.

Holds in moisture
This might be fine to bake in or something, but for sourdough, it holds in the moisture and makes them nearly impossible to get out of the mold, even with rice flour.

They are really easy to store. They do an okay job. More of a large roll instead of a bowl. I did not bake in them because I made sourdough. They were a good value and it did work. Iâm willing to try again.
