I put this on my bed to make it more firm when I use 2 different products to help with my very tight neck muscles. Due to my older age and back surgeries, I have a hard time getting on the floor to do theses neck exercises. This well made pad solves the problem.

Beginner mat for kids
This mat has been a good mat for my daughter beginning gymnastics. I would let her do beginner tricks on this such as cartwheels, round offs, handstands, and rolls. It’s pretty thick, but not super thick. It is easy to use and fold. She has got a lot of use out of this one. Price point is great.
