I often take the listed herbs in tea form, as single herb supplements and, or extracts. I liked that I came across this 6 in 1.Unless I’m experiencing a chronic ailment, I tend to combine natural herbal remedies and/or vitamins/minerals when I’m suffering with a health issue and I stop once I feel relief. That could mean I take multiple remedies anywhere from 1 day up to a month. Often, I combine more than one brand and take a variety of ingredients all at once.Therefore, it’s difficult for me personally to accurately, honestly & fairly state which ingredient or which brand is actually providing me with improvement & ease of any ailments.>>>Hence, my positive review is about this company/brand vs the effectiveness of the ingredients.First, let me just say, I really like this brand and have tried 3 of their products yet, I find the name “Herbpy” rather unappealing, lol. Regardless, I will continue using their products. I like their variety of blends. Good product, but you may want to get your cinnamon yourself
I bought this product mostly for the apple cider vinegar, but like that it has a powerful blend of beneficial ingredients in one capsule. However, this is also my concern. I take Ceylon Cinnamon to help control my blood sugar, and the daily amount I put in my oatmeal to get good results is about 3 times the amount that could fit in one of these capsules, and that’s just the one ingredient. So I wonder if you’re really getting enough of some of these ingredients to do much. So far, after taking it for a week, I have not experienced any noticeable effects, but sometimes with these things it can take time.Speaking of Ceylon cinnamon, having used this spice for a number of years, I know how important it is to get a good quality product. When you buy the powder by itself (at current prices, a 1-pound bag on Amazon can cost significantly less than this product), you can see the color, the texture, and smell it. You know it’s from India (preferably the Sri Lankan region). You know if it’s organic. You really need to make sure it’s real Ceylon cinnamon and not the more common cassia variety you find in supermarkets. Cassia contains coumarin, which can cause liver damage in high doses. The listing for this product does not mention where the cinnamon comes from or if it’s organic. However, it does say that the product is made in India, so that’s a good sign. So if you don’t plan on taking a lot, this is an easy way to get some benefits from taking Ceylon cinnamon.The packaging is very good. It comes in a very nicely designed bottle, with a full plastic wrap and a foil seal. The foil seal was very difficult to remove. I really like that the bottle clearly shows the batch number, expiration date, and company info including a US address and email address. There is no phone number. It’s always a red flag for me when supplements don’t include an address, so this is good. The bottle says formulated in the USA and manufactured in India.The serving size is 1 pill, so you get a full 100 day supply with this product, which makes the price very reasonable. There is a nice sweet aroma to the pills, like apples.All in all, a very nice collection of beneficial ingredients in a single, easy to take capsule.

This is a 6 in 1 supplement including 6 main ingredients: Ceylon cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, panax ginseng & black pepper. They provide the benefits of lowering cholesterol, helping control blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and promoting digestive functions and immune health. The black pepper inside helps better absorption. Cinnamon usually contains coumarin, a chemical compound that can be harmful in large amounts. This supplement has Ceylon cinnamon, which contains much less coumarin than normal cinnamon, making it a safer option.This is a vegan product and the facility is GMP certified.One thing to note is that ginseng is not for everyone. So you need to consult a doctor (preferably Asian traditional medicine doctor) to see whether that’s suitable for you.The flavor is not much and the capsules are easy to swallow.I recommend this product.
