    Pain free Breastfeeding & more
A very insightful book guide all about breastfeeding along with the struggles of it. Writer brings up nine interesting secrets on how to overcome these struggles all mother’s face with breastfeeding issues at one point or another. This book answers any and all questions to especially concerned mother’s who are or want to breastfeed. It points out important factors such as how to properly breastfeed and nurse your baby, how to know when your baby is hungry again and what to expect. Writer uses her own past struggles with breastfeeding issues which helps reader to relate with her. One problem I had back in my day was the pain that came with breastfeeding, it was very painful. I couldn’t understand why I had so much pain once my baby took my breast in to nurse. I had to use warm wet clothes to help ease the breast and nipple areas of pain after nursing my baby. I remember not looking forward to the next breastfeeding due to the intense nipple pain I was experiencing. This actually happen with my three births, I could have used this book back in my day especially since book offers easy solutions to help overcome the pain plus relieve the discomfort pain and contains so much more. I should have bought a breastfeeding pump to make it easier but back then I didn’t even think of that or don’t know if in 1984 they were even available. I am just glad those days are all over with for me. This book covers all areas of breastfeeding issues, and is filled with great advice, suggestions and tips. Book would make a great gift to mother’s to be. Book does have areas as to where some sentences have some spacing gaps which need to be pulled closer together by editing them closer. Writer did her homework, research is outstanding. I highly recommend this book to any mother who plans to breastfeed.

    Overdue, urgent, directly helpful
Nicole’s 9-step approach to the famously prevalent and yet semi-taboo semi-embarassing (whereas it should be neither) issue of lactation and breastfeeding is overdue, novel, and urgently needed by so many expectant, expecting, and new mothers. Her enjoyable, easy-to-read, and friendly writing style is immediately felt from the first word with both writing and layout which eases the sheer knowledge she conveys from a story of serious, credible, and vertiable hard-earned knowledge and experience. After years of real experience with all the said issues, she’s found a way to write about this issue which has oh so very many books already written about it with a novel frankness that’s too often absent from such books. Her approachable nature avoids the atypically sterile, unempathetic, and dissuading tone atypical in too many books. So much sheer knowledge is in there from the breast’s physiology which is surprisingly not much known to the personal testimonials whose potent sense of urgency makes compels seriousness to the very practical usable advice. I urge expectant and new mothers to read to know the crucial knowledge to help their and their baby’s lives both.

Must read for a brand new mom or mom to be!
Great book! Easy read and the author has a great personality throughout, almost like you’re having a conversation with her. She writes to make it easy to understand and the book is so helpful. Most new moms stress about this topic and especially milk production, are we making enough?? Chapter 2 sets your mind at ease, “Milk Production and How To Increase It”. This chapter spoke to me because it was a struggle I had with my second. Knowing your body and how to read it is important. Kimberly is wonderful at helping you understand you are not alone. Must read for a new mom!

    Game-changing guide for breastfeeding moms!!!
Breastfeeding is not easy by any stretch of the imagination, and often, it’s a lot of trial and error for you and your babe. This book is such a great tool for moms trying to figure it out. Kimberley offers tools for increasing milk supply, latching properly, and even troubleshooting situations with possible lip ties or alcohol and its effects on milk production. You know how people always say there’s no handbook to parenting? This book kind of serves as a handbook to an important first step in your parenting journey, and the author feels like a friend walking this path with you. Highly recommend!!!

A must read for new mothers
I can’t imagine how challenging it would be to tackle breastfeeding. Still, I do know that Kimberly did it with a nurturing outlook only a passionate and caring author like herself could deliver. With a love of nature’s best way to nourish one’s offspring, she delivers a book packed with useable information. The 9 Untold Secrets to Pain-free Breastfeeding for a Deeper Bond with Your Baby is a breakdown of the trials, joy, and benefits of breastfeeding while building an unbreakable bond with the child. I do not doubt that new mothers embarking on motherhood will benefit from reading this book and applying the lessons while going at their own pace.
