Works well in all three configurations, easy to adjust
Very good equipment, and competitively priced, but I think all weights are over-priced, including these. For the same price, it would if they included another dumbell. There are so many more two-dumbell exercises than one-bells.

The Perfect Adjustable Barbell!
I recently started a small home gym and wanted to maximize space while being able to do the most with minimal equipment. I already had two adjustable dumbbells and an adjustable bench, but I felt I was missing a barbell. After researching adjustable barbells, I finally decided on this one.After using it for a couple of weeks, I have to say this is exactly what I was looking for! Assembly was simple, and docking/changing the weights couldnât be easier. Itâs comfortable in the hand and feels very sturdy. If you plan on buying this and switching between the three modes often, Iâd probably advise against that since the barbell mode involves screws that you wonât want to mess with mid-workout. As it stands now, Iâll keep this in Barbell mode, and if I want a kettlebell or more dumbbells, Iâll just purchase this again.5 stars all the way around!

Awesome set for home gym
Iâm really happy with this dumbbell. First, itâs cheaper compared to others and heavier than most. It has a lot of weight adjustability with increments. Itâs easy to use. Quality is great. The handle has good grip. The only thing I donât like about this is sometimes, the red thing on top is kinda big and may interfere with your curls and other lifts. Still a nice thing to have at the home gym though.

Really easy to adjust and transform
This is exactly what I needed to minimize wasting space. This honestly is a great all-in-one product. Iâve been using it everyday since setting it up. Very comfortable to use, and transforming from one to the other takes two minutes to do, worst case scenario. The pins are magnetized, so they donât move or slip out, preventing the units to fall apart mid exercise. Itâs also fun to click around the weights.

These are excellent for improving some strength in hands and wrists, as advised by my physiotherapist. They have a soft grippy texture and nice rounded surfaces so dropping one reduce the chance of damaging floors or people.For serious fitness fanatics, these would be too light but they are helping me to get back control for sword practice after some major spinal problems.â¹ï¸ In the 18th Century, dumbbells were very different to modern ones. They were much more like the apparatus for ringing church bells except there were weights instead of bell, thus they were dumb (or silent) bells.

I like this set as they feel nice and soft and fit my had perfectly.The colours is nice and vibrant and itâs really easy to exercise with them.One thing I would say that they mark easier than normal dumbbells so if you donât look after them properly they will end up looking rough very quickly.4/5

The outer layer is squishy and the inside is firm and easy to grip. I have mine next to my bed and use them most nights whilst I watch tv before sleeping. I also hold them whilst squatting. Even though they’re just 2.2 lbs each, I feel like they’ve made a difference over the past few weeks and I like using them- itâs only a minor change so far but progress is progress, plus itâs still better than using no weights at all!

Having had a series of wrist and hand injuries, I’m now doing physio to recover strength. The hospital consultant (yes really) advised me to get some light-weight dumb-bells to use for wrist and arm exercises and these ones really are superb!They fit nicely in the hand and are comfortable to grip and are well balanced. The soft silicone coating and slight flexibility add to the comfort. The soft ‘padding’ means that if you drop them, they (and hopefully you) are less likely to be damaged. The ends of the weights are marked with their weight.These are much easier and better to use than the small bottles of water that I was previously using!
