It’s awesome, Airtok rocks and my game room feels wonderful after letting my air purifier do its work.

A little noisey
The product arrived in a well packaged box. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Set up time was quick and easy. The instruction manual is strait forward and easy to understand. It is a little noisy , but not too bad. Kind of like a box fan which is basically what it is. It draws air into the filter and exhausts it out the top. It looks easy to maintain and the controls are simple. The noise factor is quiet on the sleep mode, so it will work ok if you have it in a bedroom. The timer function is a good design, that gives you different operating times of operation, so it does not have to run all the time. I think this is going to work well for me during allergy season. Over all a good choice. Would purchase again. The noise level is understandable if you want it to move air and clean room. After all it is hard to move air with a fan unless it makes a little noise. So far , it is doing a good job.

INCREDIBLE for my allergies. The bad reviews are based off of outrageous expectations or user error.
We purchased this to help filter our 1,150sq ft home and it works wonders. I was waking up daily with a runny nose and uncontrollable sneezing from allergies. The day we plugged in the filter was the day it stopped, and that’s no coincidence!!! We keep our house incredibly clean, but the pet dander from our husky, even the smallest amount of dust and the outside pollen would ruin my sinuses. We ran it on high initially to get it circulating and now run it intermittently through the day and I am a new human. I am still in shock tbh.The people who say it smells or is loud did not read the directions – the filter comes wrapped in plastic and you need to remove it. If you don’t it will be incredibly loud and can obviously be dangerous. The one review about it not filtering the onions is obnoxious to say the least 😂. He’s expecting the work of a $5,000 industrial air filter to do the work of this unit. Even in a professional kitchen You Will Smell the Onions… that is the nature of the beast. Don’t like it, don’t eat them, and surely don’t take out your anger, or lack of understanding, on an air filter. It sounds like an unkempt space that needs proper cleaning by a human before an air filter would even come close to making a difference. Scrub your walls, wash your baseboards, clean your windows, remove your nasty old carpets and THEN something like this would work in a Clean Home. An air filter is not a maid service.For reference – Our house is very open with high ceilings & we hardly have any doors shut. We do not have carpet, only a few area rugs. I believe these things do impact the ability of the product to completely circulate the air. We keep it in a corner of the living / dining room and it works perfectly. There are several speeds to choose from. Sleep mode is incredibly quiet, and having a timer option is fantastic.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS IF YOU ARE NOT KAREN.

I bought this unit because my other air purifier of 3 years wouldn’t turn on anymore (levoit lv-pur131) and the warranty was expired. I needed to replace it asap because of the smoke from the forest fires near my area and pollen and cat allergies. After looking at many air purifiers under $150 and reading a lot of reviews, i decided to give this AIRTOK air purifier a try. I am very happy i did! It is cheaper than my previous levoit purifier and is as much efficient to clear out allergens, smoke and odors, if not better. I want to point out that most of the bad reviews you’ll see here are caused by either misuse or very unrealistic expectations for a +/- $140 unit. As for the covered area, they specify the following in the description: “covers 1100 ft² / 102 m² 1.2 times per hour, 492 ft² / 45.7 m² 2.5 times per hour, and 238 ft² / 22.1 m² 5 times per hour”. Those measurements are based on open areas size, not a whole house with many room’s size, and are important to consider in order to evaluate its effectiveness vs your needs, not only by looking at its max covered area and expecting that it will be as effective in a 1100 sq ft room as in a 200 sq ft one. Also, it doesn’t smell at all (if you remove the plastic packaging covering the filter) and the noise level is very reasonable for each fan speeds. Read the full description before buying, and if you choose to buy it, read the instructions before your first use, have realistic expectations based on its specs and you’ll be happy with it!

We are extremely pleased with this air purifier. We can choose various speeds and we have it on low fan at night to minimize any sounds. Brilliant. We can’t hear a thing.
