Comfortable for plus size, room for inhaler, phone, water/spray bottle, good for hiking and running
    1. Large pocket fits my phone, my (very slim) metal wallet, and car keys. My phone (iPhone 11) has a big ol case on it and it still fits. My husband has a slightly larger phone and his fits too (not at the same time). It has a thin pocket sleeve inside of the large pocket which is where I put my wallet.2. Smaller pocket fits my inhaler perfectly. I think this smaller pocket is meant for the keys but there’s space to put my keys in the larger pocket. I love having a space for my inhaler and don’t notice it all while running so I can forget it’s even there unless I need it.3. Water bottle sleeve at a slant is great. You can of course put a water bottle in it but I like to use it for a spray bottle for my face because I have rosacea and get overheated easily. It also has room for my compression gloves that I keep underneath the bottle when not using. When I wear it running I like to wear the bottle in the front for easy access. My husband needs to bottle somewhat more to the side for comfort but it works for him too. You can wear it in back if you prefer but I haven’t tried it that way. I think on the side would get annoying and worry about hitting your arm on it when running. Great to have when hiking too! I can remove the water bottle one handed while keeping my other hand on the hiking pole.4. Great for plus-size. At women’s 2x size and I’m not even at max on this belt so I feel it could fit someone larger than me, maybe up to 3x? Not sure for certain. Easy to adjust once it’s on. If it’s slipping really easy to tighten, also easy to loosen. It’s just Velcro. Also fits my husband with a narrower waist. I think this could fit slimmer people and if needed there is a way to cut the belt shorter (but with the Velcro probably won’t need to trim). Really versatile for sizes.5. Works for running, hiking. I felt like the fit is a little nicer with bigger hips compared to my husband that needed to tighten it more. But worked well for his recent 10k (first time he used this belt). When he first put it on it was pinching (not sure how, and I’ve never had pinching with this belt) but after adjusting a bit he said it wasn’t pinching anymore.5. I have not tried using the loop on the side yet so can’t give my opinion on that.Overall I think this is a great belt. Getting a second in a different color for my spouse!

Holds a sizable water bottle comfortably
This does exactly what it says. The side that actually holds the water bottle is nice and works well, however, it does only work on one side and the adjustment is a bit awkward. Because I wear a camera holster/cotton carrier on my right, I have to rotate the belt around my body to the left side. As a result, the bottle points backwards and the fasteners/adjustment bits are on the back, making things a bit awkward.I was a little annoyed by the fact that most of this is just a simple nylon strap, which tends to roll in on itself and isn’t terribly comfortable. As mentioned above, the side that holds the bottle itself is comfortable. The pouch is not terribly useful as it is quite small. I may put a key or CF/SD cards for my camera in it, but that is about all.The bottle holder works well, holding the bottle securely, whether it is a 1L plastic bottle, Nalgene bottle, or even one of the stainless ones. I have found it fairly easy to remove the bottle and to replace it, resulting in me hydrating more regularly. Because it hangs on the hips, it doesn’t add any additional neck or shoulder strain, so I am more likely to wear it and to bring water, even on shorter hikes. All in all, it is a good solution and reasonable in price, despite the minor annoyances.

    EXACTLY What I Needed!
Finding this belt was an answer to prayer! It seems like about 30% of the time I buy stuff from Amazon, it’s a disappointment — the product isn’t what it promised to be, it doesn’t work the way it was supposed to, something is missing, it doesn’t look like the picture, or there is something annoying about it that wasn’t disclosed. About 60% of the time, the product is acceptable, but it’s meh. And then there is a golden 10% in which I find a product that actually meets and exceeds my expectations and fills a real need. This was one of those golden few products. This belt was exactly as described and the fit is perfect whether you have a size 42″ waist or a 22″ waist. (After measuring it, it seems the maximum waist size this belt could comfortably fit is 48″.) And they’re right — there is absolutely “no bounce” once it’s strapped across your waist. In other words, it doesn’t ride up and down and the water bottle doesn’t slosh around and slip out of place. Plus the pocket is large enough to fit my large cell phone and its full wrap-around portfolio case (6″ L x 3.25″ W). And in addition, there is a smaller pocket to fit my house key. Pulling out the water bottle to take a quick gulp without having to stop is easy and so is returning it to its secure place.I began searching for this product because I was getting thirsty. It’s summer and I was starting to be able to walk 2 or more miles at a time. The only thing that kept me from going longer distances was that I was getting thirsty! I couldn’t see carrying an actual water bottle with me, when I was trying to walk as fast as I could. Plus my hands are very small and kind of weak after having carpal tunnel surgery done on them many years ago. I needed a way to be able to access water without having to carry it in my hand or have it strapped to my hand. After being obese and uncomfortable in my skin for several years (BMI 34), I got fed up with my body and finally started getting serious about eating smaller portions, eating healthier food, and actually working out! That was 18 months ago. I am now within 6 pounds of my goal weight and went from a size 16 jeans to a size 6 (BMI now 25).I started walking. At first I walked to the dog park exactly 1/4 mile from my house. I huffed and puffed and had to stop and bend over frequently because my back was hurting so much. Took me 50 minutes to walk the 1/4 mile and back. But I stuck with it and the walking got easier. I started pushing myself beyond the dog park. But I got bored. I’m always tuned into news and other media when I’m at home. I thought if I had some way to listen to something while I walk, it would be easier.DUH! Suddenly it dawned on me that my phone could be used for exactly that purpose. (Sorry, technology takes a while to catch up with this 40+-something-year-old!) I realized if I had something to keep my mind focused and occupied while walking, I might actually walk longer. So I downloaded an app for NPR and CNN and some podcast apps. Suddenly I was looking forward to walking and working out! The only obstacle then was the thirst. What could I do to be able to easily carry water AND my phone? That’s when I found this belt. It is wonderful and I have enjoyed several 3.6-to-4.0-mile walks ever since.

molto utile da usare come sistema di aggancio in vita per vari oggetti, mantenendo le mani libere… attenzione alla misura: è taglia unica e per persone robuste può essere stretta!

Well devised water bottle caddy. Hold the bottle snugly to your waist with no movement. The only downside is the Velcro closure belt. Difficult to get the end through the opening and the added elastic is more of a nuisance than a fitting aide.
