Toilets will be your new bff
The pills are very easy to swallow and I can take it up to an hour AFTER I eat. I only take a pill will main meals. My appetite has been supposed but not in a way most other medications do. I feel full and satisfied therefore I don’t feel the need it despite to eat. I tend to notice that they will work in about 20 minutes after I take one. No cramping or stomach aches just a very urgent need to go. It can make you gassy in which case a pad is definitely needed because you will have a small amount of leakage. I’ve lost about 6 pounds in 2 weeks without changing my diet or exercise.Okay now for the gross part. It definitely gets rid of the fat in your food. When I go to the bathroom, it literally looks like I dumped taco meat grease in the toilet. Bright orange oil all the way. It’s messy so I keep flushable wipes near the toilets in my house. The smell…oh my. The odor is thick and really nasty. It actually traveled through my downstairs one day that my husband asked if we needed to repaint the bathroom and if I needed the emergency room, lol. I laughed so hard, I needed to go again. As you go, you can feel the oil squirting out and sometimes running down your rear end so again, it’s messy. I go once or twice and I’m done until the next pill. Keep toilet bowl cleaner next to the toilet. The orange oil will stain the toilet bowl if left there for 5 or 10 minutes.These pills do exactly what they say they do and I’ll continue to use them until I get to a healthier weight. The cost of the pills are really high, but worth it, especially if you use a payment plan like affirm or klarna.

This stuff works. There are enough reviews discussing the side effects over and over. So I wonât discuss them. If youâre going to go out to eat pizza or an Italian dinner you are going to experience those side effects for the next couple of days. The way I use it is I allow myself up to 30 g of fat in a meal and I take one or two depending on how much fat taken in. I have taken between three and five pills a day depending on how big the meal is. I do experience some side effects and yes, you have to be careful with your clothing the next day. But most days I have no side effects whatsoever. But I donât care if Iâm losing weight. I have a plateau weight that for the past year I have not been able to get past because I am 63 and my metabolism obviously has really slowed down. This drug has finally pushed me past the plateau. Yippee. I do cardio (walk-run-walk) for an hour a day and I limit calories to about 1500. The manufacturer says that 30% of fat is removed, but I think that percent is actually higher. My guess is that itâs definitely closer to 50% of calories otherwise I just donât know how Iâm losing the weight now. Donât take this drug without having a diet plan already in place. Be smart with how you use it ⦠if youâre eating three slices of pizza it is not going to work. But if youâre like me and sometimes you binge on nuts after your protein smoothie then itâll work. Fat really satisfies my cravings so my brain thinks Iâm getting lots of fat but Iâm actually losing up to 500 cal worth of fat per day (I think!). Itâs a great concept. Iâve lost 1.5 to 2 pounds per week (6lbs) since I started this, but I am very strict about not eating after 3 PM every day so I am also using intermittent fasting. I am going to continue this drug forever.

Long painful night of gastrointestinal distress and itchy feet!!
I didnât look into the side effects of alli, and although I expected some soft stools, nothing could have prepared me for the night of pain I had. I took one pill 30 minutes prior to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That night, my feet started itching TERRIBLY, to the point where I thought about taking an allergy pill because I couldnât imagine why this was happening. Then came painful cramps, and I mean tear inducing pain (I got worn down after the intensity increased throughout the 5 hours of agony). Started at 1 a.mâ¦.. didnât end for 5 hours and half a bottle of pepto bismal later. While the terror was mostly over at that point, I very carefully ate a bland diet for the next 24 hours, with slight haunting pains coming and going through the day. I looked up the side effects and sure enough, gastrointestinal distress and itchiness/rash were side effects! Now it did say these effects would likely diminish over time, but I could not fathom going through that again, not for the small amount of weight loss it claims it will help with. Iâll just walk a little more every day, or take a little longer to lose the weight on my own. Maybe I was more susceptible to the side effects than others, as the reviews on here are mostly positive, but know the side effects are real, make sure you start this with a plan for a looong weekend near a bathroom and at least one sleepless night, just in case.
