Good bands, limited door stop
Iâve had other bands snap on me and these seem like they wonât. They are good quality and the storage bag is handy. Cons: only one set of handles for all three, so not ideal if you want to go back and forth between different weights. Also, the door stop works great for over the door, but will not fit in the side crack for chest level moves. You can get it in the other side, but tricky to close the door fast enough to get it at the right height.

Loved the unique design of the overlay on the rubber bands! I was super impressed with the quality, basically unmatched by any other fitness bands I’ve ever tried! Highly recommend adding to your home gym!

Broke on the first use
I really wanted this item to work, but unfortunately the âlightâ band snapped on the very first use. I donât know if I simply received a defective set but these didnât display the quality I expected given all the glowing reviews. I was very disappointed.
