Won’t use anything else.
I don’t use this product every night, but when I do use it, I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy or needing more sleep like some other sleep products. I will not use anything else. I have been using it for years.

Good for Falling Asleep
I found this to be more effective for falling asleep than the Valerian Root I had been taking. But I will note that the effect seem to last about 4 to 41/2 hours. It may not be the fault of the Alteril as I have had trouble getting past the 41/2 hour mark regardless. Initially I took one half dose to test it out, but the full dose was much more effective. So my opinion is that it is definitely worth trying out. Four and a half hours is better than none!

Satisfied with the effect of these but now they don’t come in a timely manner and they cost has about doubled. Why????
