This works just like the name brand and a nice savings! I’ve been pretty rough in my body and now going into perimenopaus, which brings on even more body aches. I was very shocked to see that Amazon now has various medicationâs with their name. The price for Advil p.m. is outrageous. Compared to Amazon brand. I donât see any kind of difference or reaction. I take this of the evening as I have a torn Rotator cuff and this helps with the pain and allows me to sleep
