For some reason I thought this product would just be a piece of plastic like what you would put under your computer chair. It’s not that at all. It’s thick and much higher quality than I expected. This is an amazon product so way to go amazon. It also stayed flat for the most part even though it was rolled up to ship.

The mats material looks nice and the size is just perfect to fit a lat machine that was also purchased in Amazon. Material has enough cushion that you can sit comfortably during workouts and easy to clean. Will purchase again if we need another workout mat. Reasonably priced for the quality.

Good quality at a reasonable price
This mat is thick just the right size to fit under my wifeâs elliptical machine. My only preference would be that it be made of harder material. Itâs very flexible and soft which results in a lot of unwanted rocking of the elliptical.

Amazing quality and durability
I’ve had this mat for over 3 years now and it’s still perfect. I’ve lived in a couple of different first floor apartments – concrete floors to hard wood floors. A mat was a must for at-home workouts to add some cushion for all sorts of HIIT, and weight training workouts.This mat is constantly on the move too, it’s rolled up and put away, moves from room to room when needed, etc. and it still lays perfectly flat and no tears.

Great for at home workouts
I purchased this mat a few weeks ago since I am now working out at home due to the pandemic. I’ve used it nearly every single day. I do a lot of HIIT and circuit training so I sweat a lot and didn’t want to sweat all over my house or ruin my floors. I was using my yoga mat, but I was damaging it with my shoes. So I bought this and its exactly what I was hoping for. It is wider and slightly longer than a yoga mat, has a coated, textured surface that allows for gripping without my shoes getting stuck. It has some padding too so it absorbs some shock when doing jump squats, etc. It is easy to wipe clean and rolls up easily so I can store it in my closet when not in use.

Buscaba un artÃculo que me permitiera saltar a la cuerda y, esta, siendo una alfombra para HIIT, cumple con los requisitos: tamaño adecuado, apariencia y textura de alta duración. Antes, saltaba directamente sobre el piso (usando tenis) y me dolÃan las rodillas (poco pero dolÃan al otro dÃa), pero tras usar la alfombra, ese dolor se ha ido; me ayuda con la amortiguación de los saltos.Después de un par de dÃas de uso puedo decir que es mucho mejor saltar sobre esta alfombra que directamente sobre el suelo; lo que es bueno para evitar lesionar las articulaciones.No se mueve, se adhiere bien al piso de azulejo.Es posible enrollar & guardar fácilmente la alfombra.También he practicado HIIT sobre la alfombra y hasta ahora todo bien, solo que hay que tener cuidado con sudar demasiado sobre ella, ya que genera un leve sensación de resbalo en ejercicios en los que la alfombra tiene contacto directo con la piel (como plancha o push-ups); pero es un detalle mÃnimo.Si bien parece que es una alfombra resistente, no pondrÃa mis mancuernas sobre ella, tampoco realizarÃa ejercicios de este tipo (uso de mancuernas) sobre la alfombra; no es que se vaya a romper sino que es para alagar su tiempo de vida. Como dije, solo la requiero para saltar la cuerda y realizar HIIT.Cabe mencionar que cada que pones peso sobre la alfombra, esta se hunde mÃnimamente (por ejemplo, si te pones de pie sobre ella…tu calzado se verá marcado en la alfombra), pero regresa rápidamente a su forma original (esto solo se nota si le pones demasiada atención); al principio creà que esto era un aspecto negativo, para tras usarla, me parece que esto sirve para proveer una mejor sensación de amortiguación durante los saltos.Por los $986.44 MXN que pagué (abril 2022), creo que vale mucho la pena.Ya veré como se desempeña durante los próximos meses, pero hasta ahora fue una buena compra.

I have a 3âx4â mat that I use for jumping rope but needed a larger mat to cover more of my laminate floor when lifting weights at home. This one is a good size, 4âx6â, and is holding up well so far – seems quite durable. Is not very thick but just enough to feel it squish a little underfoot. When I lift heavier, I double it up with my smaller mat for a little added cushion when I put the dumbbells down just to be sure the edges of the weights wonât cut the mat and damage the flooring underneath. Decent value, I would recommend.
