Resolve to severe vitamin d deficiency after a fee weeks of prescription treatment
A few years ago I did some routine blood work and was shown to be extremely vitamin d deficient. I was put on prescription vitamin d for a few weeks and then told to get a supplement over the counter. I like these because they’re small and easy to swallow. I started taking a multivitamin at the same time, also Amazon brand, so I can’t say if my improved sleep quality, mood and lessening of aches and pains was due to the vitamin d the multi or both. I would say all of my Amazon supplements are a wonderful value for the money for the price I pay for them now.

A couple of years ago, I was surprised to learn that many people have a Vitamin D deficiency. I was tested and I had one. It was recommended that I take Vit D daily and my levels are finally up in a normal range. These are super small so very easy to swallow. Price seems good to me. I have these on Subscribe and Save so I don’t run out.

These capsules are tiny little gels, and are super easy to take! Iâve been taking two a day to increase my vitamin D levels as a nursing mother to supplement my baby through breast milk. The recommendation is 6,400 IUs per day for a sufficient amount to pass to baby, so two pills has been perfect. There are so many in one bottle, itâs hard to beat for the price! Ingredients are the same as any name brand vitamin. Definitely recommend.
