I love this Fire TV Stick Lite! For the price, itâs an excellent buy. It gets the job done with no issues, and I have zero complaints. Better Than Roku
If you’re considering this instead of Roku, go for it! Why? It has a much easier navigation system both on the screen and the remote control. Do I need the “Prime” service? Yes! It is worth the money. It compliments the “Fire TV” to the utmost. And, you get speedier delivery on whatever you order. I have “Fire” and “Roku” on my living room T.V. The “Fire stick” is the better by a long shot. Believe me you won’t be disappointed with “Fire” it is the Video of the future.P.S. With “Fire” you can access the “whole” Internet. i.e. just like your desktop computer minus the keyboard. Try it! You’ll LOVE “FIRE”

Good product delivers everything that promises
I personally have an old TV that I wasnât able to use but after getting this Amazon stick, I can watch any show that I want. My favorite part is YouTube because that is what I mainly watch. It was really easy to set up and I canât complain about the delivery time.

REVISED – Amazon called same day so the customer service was awesome and made this bad review up. thank you Sean. Corrected most of the issues.Absolutely hands down the worst purchase ever from Amazon & we spend an inordinate amount of money with Amazon. These Amazon fire sticks are an absolute joke. Save yourself a lot of time, aggravation and money. We have solid cable service from a reputable company however, these fire sticks do not do what they are supposed to. I will gladly change my review to positive if I could get some product support which was next to non-existent. When I did call, the support was as clueless as myself. I could hear him typing and searching for possible solutions and he simply didn’t know how to fix our issue. We continue to get a Decoder Error. The volume goes out or the cable just times out. I have no problem with the other TVs with a cable box but the TVs with fire sticks were a complete waste of money & they do not work. Would nice to get some customer support that could rectify the constant Decoder Error issue. How does Amazon sell a product and not have proper customer support in place to help assist customers resolve their issues…

I bought it a long time ago and still works perfectly. It is just put on a USB of the TV and log in once.
