At first I thought it was too small but Iâve since changed my mind. Itâs perfect for an hourâs activity.

I like the small size. So far, I have been able to use it between water stops during hot weather runs. For long hot runs, I intend to fill it with a concentrated electrolyte, carb mix and use the slightly larger 16 oz. with only filtered water in the other hand. It takes a little work to get it out of its sleeve, but I tried leaving it in the sleeve and screwing the lid over the fabric, and no leakage occurs. It works so well that I don’t want to be without it, when water is critical. Some may prefer a larger size, though.

Great running bottle if you can handle listening to water sloshing
I do like this bottle for hiking and trail runs, but not so much for my fast runs. I prefer flasks to this hard plastic bottle, I don’t like listening to the water sloshing around. Haven’t had any issues with leaking as others have mentioned. I love that the handle has a thumb hole and you can adjust the tightness a lot, as I have pretty small hands.
