Lids are garbage – not dishwasher safe
The lids are plastic. One wash on the top shelf and theyre bent and warped and difficult to get back on the container. Cmon anchor, dont skimp. Well pay for lids that dont suck.

Terrible lids
These have awful lids. First, they are really hard to get off. Second , when you get it off it warps and bends and has raised puffed areas. Very brittle plastic. Not like they used to. Doubt it will last. Returning.

The kids on these containers are so tightly fitted that I have a hard time prying them off, even after several uses and washes.

Lids are bad – buy something else
I chose Anchor Hocking because I wanted to support American made but the lids are lousy. I should have returned them immediately but decided to give them a try. The packaging didn’t indicate they’d been previously returned so I convinced myself that they were meant to look warped. Bad call on my part.I like to prep and freeze meals. The shape and size is good for a complete meal and they stack. However, getting the lids to fit is a challenge. Dousing the lids in hot water helps by softening them. If they’re going in the freezer, I wipe off the excess water. Sadly, one lid has split at the corner and one won’t fit at all, even with hot water and stretching. Very disappointing. The round dishes with lids by the same manufacturer are great. For rectangular dishes, I’m going with a snap lid design.

I returned the first set because of cracked glass on edge. The replacement set has a bad lid.Not sure this product goes thru any quality checks.This product is a waste of money do not buy

Nowhere to explain my situation. Ordered 4 sets , 8 piece anchor containers. Received only 1 set. Expected to return 4 sets
