I want a refund.
As soon as I finished setting up the device it died. I put it on the charger over two hours ago and it is only 35% or so charged that right there tells me this is going to be A problematic device. It came with a screen protector, and when I was trying to take the case off to put the screen protector on the top corner of the device separated from each other a little bit. I was shocked that it even worked when I turned it on the case that it comes in is so hard. Itâs not easy to take it on and off. I am waiting for mine to be delivered still and Iâm not sure if Iâm just going to get them refunded and not open it or if I should open it and see if it was a fluke with my daughters product , I donât recommend this item. I was trying to save a few dollars but now I know to just pay for the brand name devices

I got to put a review on this tablet for something thats only 90 dollers its well worth it for kids learning and for playing games with you. If you are going to give it bad stars thats people expecting to much for 90 dollers no it wont run as fast but again for 90 dollers my kids aint that much slower to my 600 doller tablet. Will be buying 2 more in the next couple of weeks.
