These are my husbands favorite vitamins. He likes the quality and that all the packs are ready to grab and go. It has all the vitamins he wants and needs for his diet. These are great. I’ve taken daily for a month and have noticed incredible differences. I also go to the gym routinely, so in combination my gains have noticeably improved. Muscles are more defined and prominent. Also I’ve noticed if I forget to take them earlier in the day, my body starts to ache a bit and I just feel sluggish. After taking these, about 30 minutes later I’m scrubbing the house and vaccuming the yard. It’s not like a sudden burst of energy but a gradual increase, which I like. (BTW neon urine is normal, just means you’re secreting the excess vitamin B)

These make me feel great, and I only use half of the daily dose. The pills are huge and don’t have a good coating that makes them slip easily down the throat. So I crush them into powder and drink them in a yogart shake. I’d rather have more pills that are small enough to swallow, than less pills and they’re to big to get down my throat. Kind of a hassle to crush and mix them everyday. But quality is perfect. If you want something that will make you feel healthy and energetic these will do it.

Great combination of supplements
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and proteins are, in turn, the building blocks of our muscles, cartilage, bones, skin, and blood. I especially liked that the pills are protected inside a container with an aluminum seal, so there is no chance of tampering with the product. The pills are a bit large, but the benefits are awesome. These supplements are great when heading to the gym or if you need a boost of energy throughout the day. Speaking from personal experience, this product does not make me jittery.
