One of the better products I’ve found.
Tried pretty much everything but this one puts me to sleep faster, I stay asleep and don’t wake up super groggy. I sometimes feel a little groggy if I take both the purple pills nothing crazy like some other products, but you might want to start with one 1 and see how you feel. Solid product, I’m starting to not look tired all the time!

A great supplement to assist in recovery and sleep! After trying and feeling the results of the Universal Animal Pak I decided to take it up a notch with this Pak. As many people already know sleep is a vital part of muscle gaining and overall health. Who would have thought the one thing that requires you to do nothing, does so much for you. The Pak is filled with 10 pills which give you essential vitamins needed for recovery throughout the night. The first part of the Pak is the relaxation part which helps you get to sleep. I really couldn’t tell you if this part of the Pak works because I typically already crash once I hit the bed sheets. The Pak then begins to assist with many functions your body takes in recovering your muscles. A big part in muscle gains is growth hormones (GH). Your body releases its biggest growth hormone concentration during rest time/sleep and animal Pak delivers five key amino acids aiding GH. The immune system is another important factor in muscle growth because when working out you create “microtears” in your muscles and the immune system at night begins repairing these. Animal Pak PM also assist with the immune system, in fact a large part of the Pak deals with just that. I feel the Pak has worked very well for me sleep wise as it gives me deeper sleep and more REM sleep which is key to growth. upon waking I realize how vivid my dreams were which is directly related to REM sleep which is a sure sign it works. I hope this review helps you decide on this product, It is very underrated and deserves the respect it deserves! Will definitely purchase again!

Iâm surprised at how great I feel after taking these at night. I really like the combo of chamomile, valerian, magnesium, and melatonin. Iâve tried magnesium supps before but would wake up in the middle of the night. Melatonin usually leaves that groggy feeling in the morning. Valerian would help me fall asleep but again wake up in the mid of night. But the combo really ensures I fall asleep and stay asleep. It could be the addition of the theanine or B6 but I wake up great with no groggy feeling. This is a new level of awesome for me and Iâll continue to buy these. Highly recommend you try it. I know everyone is different and other people can be more or less sensitive to supps so this is worth a try. If it helps like it does me then great!

I used to struggle with falling asleep, but ever since I began taking PM sleep and recovery pills, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my ability to fall asleep faster and feel that my muscles are more recovered the following day. However, I’ve also noticed a downside â I tend to feel more tired during the day, which could be due to poorer sleep quality.. but overall I believe it made a difference since taking them
