Good impression
I recently bought the stress response pills from Havasu that have been working great for me. I love that Havasuâs products are all natural. Iâve heard great things about ACV; however, I cannot stand the smell or thought of even trying to drink it. ACV is known for helping with digestion, acid reflux, detox, water weight, and helping with overall energy… all things that I personally struggle with. I decided to buy these pills because I had no idea ACV could come in pill form! The pills contain 500 mg of ACV powder.I take 1 pill in the morning with my breakfast. I wasnât expecting anything in particular from these pills. The most I was hoping it would help me with is my acid reflux. The first day, 2-3 hours after I took the ACV pill I got a huge burst of energy. I felt like I had more energy throughout the day and found myself cutting out one cup of coffee. Iâve realized everyday that I take this I have a lot more consistent energy throughout the day. I found that I am not as hungry. Iâm eating smaller portions and Iâm not looking for food as often as I was because I remain full longer.I also have less acid reflux. I suffer horribly with acid reflux. I find that it balances out my body and my chest isnât killing me from the reflux.I am only on my first week but Iâm very impressed so far. I will come back and add to this review in 2 weeks. My hopes are that I will see a little bit more weight loss since I am less hungry.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps in many ways
My story is very rewarding I have to admit. I have been a type 2 diabetic since 2016. I wasn’t controlled and I tried to eat right and not take any insulin. Well, For 2 years I went on like this and on January 17th 2018 I landed in the hospital 2 days before my 51st birthday. I was devasted, scared and I really thought I was going to die. I ended up staying in the hospital for 1 week until my sugar was controlled because when I went in I was reading at 400 on the blood check. I was having heart palpatations , and such nervousness and uncertainty of how I was going to fix my life. I was weighing at 366lbs and I felt crappy. Well to make a long story shorter, I got better with insulin in the hospital and was sent home with metformin and some insulin pens. I wasn’t a happy camper because I like to do things on a natural level. So, my son went to searching products to lower my sugar and get me back to health. My son is 15 years old and very strict on my health now that the hospital episode happened and he didn’t want me to die from this diabetes scare. So, he found Ceylon Cinnamon. We ordered it at Amazon right away and I received it in 2 days from Prime. I took it the same day and saw results right away. My numbers started lowering and I started feeling so much better. I take Apple Cider Vinegar as well and it has been a world of difference in my sugar cravings and i’ve lost weight. I now weigh 299 and i’m trying to get to 250 for my goal weight. Everyone notices my energy level and I’m looking and feeling awesome. My doctor says she really has seen a big difference in my overall health and my AC1 was at 13 when I landed in the hospital and today i’m at 8 and i’m trying for 6 to reach my goal. It’s been a great opportunity to have a second chance in life and to be able to walk and exercise again. I have a YMCA membership. My son and I go and enjoy swimming and the gym room. Nice product
Getting the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar without the nasty taste is a great benefit. I’ve tried other brands where you have to take 3 capsules, so it’s great that I only have to take 1 capsule of this brand. I got it to aid in my weight loss and I feel like it’s helping. I’ve seen a decrease in weight and an increase in energy. I love that there are no artificial fillers in it like other brands. Overall a nice product.

Great pill but very BAD headaches!
The first two weeks were great, I loved the results I was feeling skinnier flatter tummy but I was also eating very healthy and avoiding fatty foods/carbs. After the 3rd week I started getting ready bad headaches every time I took the pill. I had to take Excedrin, lay down, avoid any type of sun light and shower. It was horrible, I couldnât do anything, I couldnât wash clothes cook dinner do homework. My head hurt so bad my eyes and the front of my brain was unbearable. I stopped taking these pills but I couldnât take the pain anymore. I think the pill works but itâs different for everybody. I wish I couldâve kept taking this bc now I have to take the liquid form and itâs nasty!

Love this product. I read the reviews and was so excited to finally try it on myself. I lost 9 pounds in a month and I eat less than I did before. Every time I eat, I stay full longer than I used to. I just ordered another bottle. Love it!UPDATE A YEAR LATER: I love this product. Iâve been using it for over a year now. Last summer, I weighed 165 pounds and used to weigh 130-135. I couldnât fit my pants anymore because all of my weight went to my legs and it was starting to take a toll on me mentally. So I did my research and found these pills and theyâre natural and WORK. Along with eating healthy and a few days of exercise, these pills helped me lose over 20 pounds in 2-3 months. I went from my size 6 back down to my size 4 and my confidence is back! I now weigh 148 (got down to 143) and would like to go back to my 135-140 range. So, of course I ordered these pills again. Iâm ready for these few pounds to shed right off of me again. Before Havasu, Iâve tried other weight loss pills and they affected me both mentally and physically after the FIRST day. I stopped immediately. They had too many harsh chemicals/products in them.
