Awesome, would not buy premium electronics without Asurion coverage.
Had purchased a motherboard for an automated gate system, 3 years in and it completely failed, sent it to Asurion to diagnose and it was beyond repair, they sent me money that same day and i had bought a new board which was delivered the very next day, they work fast and now everything works great, would definitely recommend for anything electrical, thank you guys.

My child accidentally fell on a brand new meta quest 2 controller, breaking it. After well over four weeks of back-and-forth to get the controller replaced, and money out of pocket to ship controllers back-and-forth, I ended up with TWO roughly used old controllers that are in worse condition than the ones I sent to Asurion. We received one with a broken wrist band on top of it being in poor shape. I had just purchased this system in December so everything had been brand new, but we received used rollers as replacements. Do not bother with this service it is not worth the money and headache.

Its the Meta Quest 3s VR headset
The headset is a step up from myOculus Go headset. It gives a great picture with two responsive hand held controllers Its great with video . Ihavnt tried the games yet.

This is honestly worth it, I bought it thinking I just might be wasting money but what do you know the dashcam I got broke so when I emailed them about them and making my claim they communicated quickly and were very helpful with the process. They refunded exactly what I paid for it which was amazing, so I truly do recommend this because you just never know.

I was very happy that they fixed my meta quest and I was even more happy to find out that after they have fixed his gaming device I was able to keep the insurance still for the next two years that he had that it wasn’t a one time thing where they just fixed it once and then my insurance was over that no matter what happened I can count on them
