I have ten receivers which have replaced twisted-pair wire running through the crawl-space under the house to all rooms. All are working flawlessly, with a few comments.One in the garage is about 60 feet and four walls away from the transmitter and I have to lay it just right for it to receive, but that is not a problem, positioned just right it works fine. Incidentally, I put that one in a baggie to protect it from dust.One outside on the patio is about 50 feet, two inside walls, and one brick wall away. It doesn’t receive very well behind the brick wall, but there’s a window, and when I lay the receiver on the window sill it works. Again, not a problem, and I’d not have expected it to work well through brick.The receivers are a bit fiddly to pair, nothing consequential, you may have to try two or three times, but they all pair quickly.Some of my speakers are switched, i.e. when I turn the lights off in a room the speakers go off. I plugged the receiver chargers into the same circuit and learned that, when the battery runs down and the receiver turns off, then when power is turned back on, the receiver doesn’t work until I turn the on-off switch on the receiver off and back on. I resolved this by plugging the receiver charger into an always-hot outlet.So, after a few days, all is well. If they continue to work without failure I’ll be most happy.

I saw one comment somewhere that said they were getting latency well trying to pair their Bluetooth headset with these, I don’t know what they’re talking about because these are not Bluetooth.Well the audio quality isn’t crisp I would say it’s 95% acceptable and I would love to see what a revision they could do. They’re basically analog? No latency! There’s lots of scenarios I can think of where I want One Source to many. I was using these will mixing Sound and I was having issues with my low latency Bluetooth transmitter receiver set up so I grab these out of my bag. I was in a big metal square box I walked into the other room another big metal square box to pick up my food order. I was over 500+ feet away before I started noticing any drop outs on the other side of a metal wall!!!!!!!!!!! I still can’t believe they worked. I purchased the original version with optical outputs on the receivers in case anybody else is scratching their heads looking at the pictures they did exist. I purchased a second set rather than an expanded set figured the extra transmitter would give me options. I could see them wanting to cost cut, I just hope they make that other receiver available as an extra add-on. I could see a few scenarios where you might want to send optical audio to two different sets of speakers. I can also see weird things like running a dedicated optical DAC with volume control next to the sofa. One point I was thinking of grabbing the optical audio off of the DVD player at my local theater down to a private set of headphones but now that they have finally raised enough money for surroundsound the 1900s speaker has been officially retired and the audio sounds great. I have a few other ideas for these devices one of them is for use on a Sound bag and handing out receivers for interested parties to listen (also thinking of sending a slightly lower audio quality with FM transmitter with the benefit of anybody can bring a radio). And the current situation I’m experimenting with sending Wireless time code, yes it does work although I do need a pad on the signal otherwise it modulates the opposite channel which I am planning to send back up audio over to cameras. At some point I’m gonna get around to making a video comparing different Wireless products audio latency and distance.And to be fair I’ve had a couple of times where there was probably just way too much interference where are the distance was probably closer to 100 feet outdoors but I was also running consumer wireless guitar units and prosumer wireless microphones and fighting with multiple channels of 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. I still got Signal through although the orientation and distance was a bit more finicky. Battery life has been great occasionally the switches will get bumped I need to find a better storage mechanism but with three receivers I have a 1 and 4 chance that it’s going to be the transmitter. but that can be plugged in well they can all be plugged in while used. When charged battery life is very good I have to remind myself to charge them every so often usually I just try and charge them before I know I’m gonna use it and definitely charge it after I use it but I have not encountered one dying while being used. Don’t know what else to say it’s the kind of thing that I’ve been wanting and was actually looking to attempt to build out of premade parts. I took the gamble when they first came out at the price they were and I think the price came down a little bit and now I look at it going no brainer. Well-made, there’s solid and I’ll probably be buying another set.

Worked exactly as described and was PERFECT!
I was throwing a large indoor/outdoor party and I was streaming audio from my TV. In my regular set up, I have the TV streaming audio through a home theater system.I purchased this product and I used the provided optical cord from the TV to the transmitter, then used a receiver into the RCA input of my home theater system and another receiver into the RCA input of the external speaker that was placed outside.It worked perfect and provided the same exact sound inside and outside so as you traveled between both, you heard the exact same song. The external speaker was about 12 feet from the transmitter that was next to the TV, through an exterior wall. If I had a third speaker I could have set that up too.If youâre looking for something similar, I STRONGLY recommend this product!

Complex problem, to which this is the SIMPLE solution!
Echo. Sonos. Old school Shoutcast. Software galore. Wires galore. The art of playing sound through multiple speakers in a multitude of locations has always been a large PITA. Until now.THANK YOU Avantree, this product works extremely well as advertised and has solved this endless multiple decades old issue with a simple wireless product that simply WORKS. I’ve been hassling through software repeater software, bluetooth broadcasts, echo relays, sonos speakers, even went through a rack mount audio distribution system to play music throughout my house in different speaker systems for each room. NEVER QUITE WORKED RIGHT. EVER. THere was always a flaw such as delay over here or over there, it was so frustrating to say the least to even get the software based solutions working. Bluetooth range issues, then sync issues, uggh.Enter this product. Turn it on, out of the box, they are linked and voila! My problems have forever been solved. I can’t believe it. Lagless, flawless with optical in if I desire and long range with >100 devices? SIGN ME UP! I’m impressed at the price, quality, ease of use, and I would certainly trust my older family to be able to use this blindfolded.Highly recommend for a simple yet elegant solution for audio distribution.

Cheap, unreliable
I bought this a week ago and it worked great and after a week the reception depleted and the quality of sound became all echo and you have to fidget with the transmitters to get sound.The battery lasts only 6 hours,The whole thing is very cheaply made and for the price youâll be buying replacements every other week.

J’ai acquis un Audiplex pour sonoriser la troupe de théâtre dont je fais partie. Nous jouons dans des salles de taille moyenne (maximum 100 personnes) et nous souhaitons apporter aux comédiens et comédiennes une légère accentuation de leurs voix. J’ai le sentiment qu’il s’agit d’une expérience assez différente des clients types d’Avantree plutôt orientée vers la transmission de sons venant de téléviseurs.J’utilise un enregistreur numérique de type Zoom H6 sur lequel je connecte différents micros (micro cravate sans fil (COMICA, Rode), micros PZM… Ce H6 me sert de table de mixage entre ces différentes sources.Je connecte le module transmetteur de l’Audiplex à la sortie Casque comme indiqué dans le manuel utilisateur. Les 3 modules reçoivent sans problème le son venant du H6. Je connecte ces 3 récepteurs sur des enceintes amplifiées d’une puissance de 80W réparties dans la salle de spectacle.Un grand merci au service Assistance d’Avantree qui a rapidement et de manière fiable répondu à une de mes questions : “Peut-on connecter le transmetteur à une sortie de type “Line out” du H6 ?” La réponse est oui et j’ai pu le vérifier sur mon Zoom H6 : cela fonctionne parfaitement. Merci Melisse de votre assistance !Je n’ai pas encore pu tester les distances de transmission. Je posterai un complément de commentaire après un test en salle.

Situation: Wir leben in einer extrem lauten StraÃe (StraÃenmusiker, Protestaktionen, Tourismus-Veranstaltungen ohne jede Rücksicht auf die Anwohner und Vieles mehr, nahezu rund um die Uhr) im Zentrum von Innsbruck.Ziel war: einigermaÃen abgeschirmt vom StraÃenlärm wenigstens halbwegs ungestört fernsehen zu können. Dazu wurde eine Kombination aus möglichst schalldichten Kopfhörern und einer guten Funkübertragung gesucht.Für die Anforderung der “guten Funkübertragung” haben wir uns für das “Avantree Audiplex Funk Audio Transmitter & Receiver Set” plus einer vierten Empfangsstation entschieden. Ehrlicher Weise gab es auch kaum Alternativen.Umso mehr freut es, dass das Set sich nach vielerlei Recherchen von hervorragender Qualität erwies – UND – sich auch (nahezu) völlig problemlos installieren lieà – alle aufgetretenen Probleme lagen eher am unübersichtlichen Menü des LG-TV-Gerätes – die Avantree-Anleitung beschreibt völlig klar, was einzustellen ist.Als Kopfhörer haben wir uns – auch nach langer Recherche – für das Produkt “beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 80 Ohm” entschieden. Es war ein Versuch “in’s Blinde”, weil leider seitens Avantree keinerlei technische Angaben über optimale Kopfhörer-Anpassungen vorlagen.Alles in Allem – wir sind mit unserer Kombinations-Auswahl voll überzeugt. Es ist praktisch kein unnötiges Rauschen im System feststellbar, die Lautstärke ist völlig ausreichend (wäre möglicher Weise mit einer niederohmigeren Variante der Kopfhörer noch mehr – brauchen wir aber nicht). Es fällt auf: die Sprachverständlichkeit von TV-Sendungen ist über die Kopfhörer deutlich besser, als über eine sehr teure Bose Soundbar-Lautsprecher-Anlage… wirklich erklären können wir’s nicht…Klar- den Schalldruck von Konzertveranstaltungen mit Lautstärken von gemessenen 100 und mehr dB direkt vor der Türe können auch die gewählten Kopfhörer nicht völlig abschirmen – dennoch stellen wir eine massive Verbesserung hinsichtlich dem Schallschutz mittels des Systems vor der Aussenwelt fest, wenn wir schlicht nur halbwegs in Ruhe fernsehen wollen.
